Eh, it's not about money though for him he doesn't need that....his family is very well off. All that stuff about him getting tickets to NBA playoff games etc...they can afford that no problem. It's actually interesting bc he doesn't really need the NCAA, they made a KILLING off of him and other past great players but I'm of the opinion who the hell cares whether he sold autographs? We have players assaulting students on campuses, getting arrested for drug offenses, etc. yet some of them will be on the field come season openers. That's disgraceful they care more about players getting some cash on the side than a lot more important things like arrests, and piss poor academic performance and graduation rates at a lot of these schools. NCAA only cares about themselves not these student athletes, when in reality their best interests should be the primary focus. Having a full tuition scholarship isn't enough "money" to have as a college student, it just isn't. I had one...still worked in the summer yet these kids can't even do that...or make money off their own names like I can.

Miss St. negotiated paying him but weren't there allegations of his dad openly soliciting a bunch of schools?  Miss St. said no so they decide to walk away but Auburn never gets asked?

And they'd be killing one of their cash cows, but with all the bad press from players suing the organization wouldn't it be beneficial to show that no one player is bigger than the whole?

I'm looking at this from a very organized crime, some times you gotta make an example out of someone perspective i guess

ND jerseys are extremely nice. I am a fan of what Adidas are doing with their college jerseys. Notre Dame, UCLA, Tennessee and A&M have some sick ones
