2013 College Football Thread (Realer than Real Deal Holyfield -->S/O Craftsy)

From what I understand, the NCAA didn't suspend Johnny, TAMU did. NCAA said they found that Johnny took no money, they didn't institute the suspension.

NCAA had nada

, the SEC wont get touched. Ya'll should know that by now.

There's a reason they are on top, ESPN backing and the NCAA letting them do what they want. It's literally a minor league conference.
AJ cooperated with the NCAA, told the truth about selling his bowl game jersey, sat out 2 games, THEN NCAA suspended him for 2 MORE games

Wtf?

johnny football was smart enough not to have a paper trail. Those other guys did. Dez got caught lying... None of those cases are similar based on facts involved

Bro,

Can't be that naive, and EVERYONE has cooperated with the NCAA when they get investigated, doesn't mean a damn thing.

Paper trails don't mean anything either, it isn't a court of law, NCAA is subjective when it comes to doling out punishment and it goes easy on the SEC/ESPN. They must not like Georgia,

sad to say but AJ Green, Dez, and Pryor were arguably better or just as good in college as Manziel.

You're on Angel Dust if you think TP was as good or better than what JF has shown up to this point.

You have a argument w/ Desmond and Adriel Jeremiah.

shhhhhhhhh.  they weren't in the SEC doe. (Pryor wasn't very good.)

i think what people aren't getting is that while there is a slight sec bias, that's on the part of ESPN and the media and not the ncaa.  ncaa don't give a ****.

their rulings are arbitrary. except where bowl season is involved at least...  they let pryor play in the bcs game because the bcs was under attack and they had to maintain good games.

otherwise, as far as the ncaa's concerned, **** everybody.  i think they regret hitting usc as hard as they did with as much (little?) bs evidence as they had and after all parties involved were long gone.  they know the effed up there.  which is why they're "easing up" on schools now.  but the rulings still seem inconsistent and the damage has been done.  people want them out.

Surprised? No i was wtf ing the theory that the sec is a minor league (instead of the entire ncaa) and that espn had something to do with the ruling. Was it not espn steady pumpin the non facts of th story? ... And it wasnt about cooperation, it was facts and evidence. There was no evidence to tie in jff to money changing hands. I undrstand everyone is a Conspiracy theorist now but the cases arent similar and there is no ncaa/sec/espn story here. JFF shouldnt even have to sit out a half
