Pete lost his Heisman off of Fubu
Pete riding around campus in a Expedition w/ TV's in it
Chris Weinke giving him $ when he returned for his Sr year
Idk what prompted this flashback to Sega/Playstation 1 era FSU players but
lol at the mention of Phillip Riley, you must have been related to dude. Whats' next? A 'Omar Ellison mention?

agreed that he's better...but i think MM8 has some skills to work on before leaving. at least from what we've seen these first few weeks.

Well sure. No QB comes into the league without things to work on, even the Andrew Luck/Peyton Manning types. Guys tend to improve over time and I don't doubt Mariota could do the same.

yeah i should have phrased it a bit better. but does it hurt for him to stay another year? outside of the potential for injury of course. guess it depends on which QBs go and which stay. i don't see why he would go this early. he's not NFL ready in terms of being an immediate starter.

Seeing Crouch and Frazier run the option would make a grown man cry. I remember seeing Nebraska games where they would pass literally once in the entire game. That I formation... god damn.
The refs made a HUGE mistake. They could have reviewed the play (they should have let Wisc spike the ball to stop the clock) but instead, they sprinted off the field because they were confused. They should get slapped and fired.

I would hardly call his season mediocre thus far. Accuracy leaves something to be desired so far this year, but hardly mediocre.
