2013 College Football Thread (Realer than Real Deal Holyfield -->S/O Craftsy)

You shouldn't. Gurley defecates on Ic.
That goes without saying, I just liked his thug mentality on the field

Gurley/Crow/Marshall would've been sick. I'm def not mad at what JJ Green and Brendan Douglas are doing tho. AJ Turman up next

Speaking of RB's, I havent seen film on Jalen Hurd yet, but have heard/read plenty. Who does he remind you of and are yall gonna take another RB?

Hurd no comparison. Speed/size crazy.

Yeah we already have Tre Paulk who just tore his acl. Hes legit. Staff trying hard to flip Akeem Judd from Ole Miss. Gaining ground

Turman physical as hell in HS.

Some already saying Hurd is the best HS RB they've ever seen in the state of TN.

Same people throwing out Marcus Allen comparisons. Faster Eddie George.

Damn @ the comparisons CCT posted, I really gotta check his film out tomorrow. This class is loaded with quality RBs. Idk how I forgot about Paulk.

I read that Malone has set a date too

Tennessee converting 3 4th downs on the game tying drive. Option toss, lil dive, playaction pass. OC had em straight guessing.
Mettenberger on 3rd & forever converting. Dude has been money on 3rd down all season.
Belldozer trucking Sam Carter to seal the game for OU.

All :pimp:

I dont watch much Mizzou football and by much I mean any and by any I mean ever. How is the #1 overall recruit, think its was Beckham or something like that, playing in year 2?

Bye weeks suck.

Yeah because ALL of CFB takes a bye week at the same time right? :smh:

Peeps here at Tamu act like that a lot. I mean yeah it's very exciting when our team is playing, but there is more than enough good football going on to ease the "pain".

give the kid a break, watson. he's left watching the cleveland browns, locally

the FIRST PLACE cleveland browns, that is

No doubt, but like the NHL's Winter Classic, you just go for the experience.

Definitely. When I went to see the Caps play at Heinz Field I could actually see a lot better than I was expecting even though I was in the 2nd deck.

Supposedly they play to add 28k seats along the track for the game, so the total capacity will be 188k :x

I'm definitely planning on going even if it's only for the experience of tailgating and seeing a crowd that big. I imagine tickets won't be that expensive due to the high supply and poor viewing angles.

Heard VT set up a game w/ O$U as well in 2015

Yup. Next year we're playing in Columbus and 2015 they're coming to Blacksburg. We have a home and home with Michigan in '20 and '21 and with Wisconsin in '19 and '20.

I think their thinking is that if we keep playing these OOC games every year we might win one every 20 years or so
