2013 College Football Thread (Realer than Real Deal Holyfield -->S/O Craftsy)

Im dead cereal.

Like I care what Oklahoma and Texas have to offer football wise

****
Its really not what it used to be. I'll watch, but not like I used to when VY and AP were doing their thing
Quotes from post game of USC/Zona fame:

“No disrespect to the coaches who were here before, and I don’t want to get into that, but you want a coach that you would go to war for every time,” said Kessler. “And this man right here to my right (Orgeron) -- and I don’t only speak for myself -- I speak for the whole team, we would go to war for this guy any day of the week. Anytime he needs us, we have his back. When you have a coach you can not only see but feel that he cares about you so much and he wants you to be the best you can be and succeed, that’s love right there. That’s awesome. I couldn’t ask for a better head coach right now. I know all of us, we’d go to war and put our life on the line for this guy any day of the week.”

Kessler's words were echoed by many other Trojan players in the hours after the game. LB Hayes Pullard said "we love Coach O like a dad."
Kessler should just be happy he is still a starting QB. Dude ******g sucked in the previous games he played in. Then again, AZ's D makes anybody look good.

Lane must really be a **** to have his players react this way. When Mike Stoops was fired here, the players were pretty upset.

Roy Williams' Polamalu-esque play on Simms in the end zone is ingrained in my mind forever.

Damn, Lane is really some garbage as a person and coach.
ugh... A. Kessler sucks.  Yeah, I'm sure his play prior had a lot to do with how much he loved his coach

Dude needs to shut the **** up and push the mics away.  He was still only 15/30.  B.  The kids loved playing for Lane too.  No one ever called him dad or General Patton but up until yesterday the only dudes who had anything bad to say about him were Matt Barkley and Robert Woods.  And that was just about his play calling.  Dudes still loved how he handled everything else.

Of course that could just be because USC is a fun place to be, and any coach who is personable and not a total dunce will get that kind of love...

I dont watch much Mizzou football and by much I mean any and by any I mean ever. How is the #1 overall recruit, think its was Beckham or something like that, playing in year 2?
He's been solid, I could see him getting close to a 1000yds this year.
