It starts on both lines... Lack of bodies brought in by RR has hurt but Hoke has not gotten an elite pass rusher... Hell, even an adequate pass rusher would be welcomed... Hand needs to be that guy... The lack of athletes on D as a whole is a problem as well... LBs run like they have cement boots on.
