2013 College Football Thread (Realer than Real Deal Holyfield -->S/O Craftsy)

So duke fractured his ankle didn't break it. I guess that's a little better but he's still out for the season.

Found a pic of the gator fan that Muschamp got into it with, he's in the top-right corner

UGA is the only team that was missing players during a key time of the year? Really? So tired of that BS excuse for them...same goes for the Gators...

Every team has injuries at this time of the year...NEXT MAN UP!!!

What I don't understand is how they don't have someone to step in...they are both Top 10 in recruiting every year...no? Where are all of these great recruits ready to take these spots?

Oregon is rarely in the Top 20 in recruiting, yet De'Anthony Thomas misses 4 games and Colt Lyerla leaves the team and the offense doesn't miss a beat...

The difference is that caliber of opponent Georgia and Florida are playing w/o significant players. Georgia was playing a gauntlet of a schedule w/o horses. Oregon, not so much.

BCS Top 25

1. Alabama
2. Florida St.
3. Oregon
4. Ohio St.
5. Stanford
6. Baylor
7. Clemson
8. Missouri
9. Auburn
10. Oklahoma
11. Miami
12. South Carolina
13. LSU
14. Oklahoma State
15. Texas A&M
16. Fresno State
17. Michigan State
18. Northern Illinois
19. UCLA
20. Louisville
21. UCF
22. Arizona State
23. Notre Dame
24. Wisconsin
25. Texas Tech

FSU's lead over Oregon is larger than the one they has over Oregon the 1st go round. They still likely get leapfrogged w/ an Oregon win on Thurs. If the end of the season was today, Fresno St. would be in a BCS bowl, likely the Orange Bowl.

Arizona 6-2 heading into next weeks game vs UCLA. We have a history of beating ranked teams here in Tucson in the past several seasons. Oregon,UCLA, Oklahoma St, Iowa, USC among others have all been highly ranked and lost here. I'm not saying we will win, in just saying.......

I agree, Arizona is a TOUGH place to play. I had this game circled on my calender. If we can manage to beat Stanford, that Zona game is gonna be a nailbiter I promise you that

I'll be thoroughly impressed if Ducks get past Cardinal at Stanford. And I love MM. Their style is just a poor matchup.

It just feels like Oregon's year to me, although I wouldn't mind Stanford beating them then coming down to the coliseum the week after

Oregon year until they're manhandled in the NC ....only way they'd win is if they faced ohio st

Ducks' strongest point on defense is the secondary. But that's somewhat negated because Stanford is a run and play stout defense team. Not a passing identity relying on Hogan, who has lost like one start in his Stanford career. I believe, someone fact check me.

Statis: OK State is refreshed with Roland. That's a squad under Gundy.
