2013 College Football Thread (Realer than Real Deal Holyfield -->S/O Craftsy)

V tech always challenges themselves, they just don't win those games tho.

But I'm glad they schedule them. I'd say they're the most aggressive program in scheduling tougher OOC games. I wish they'd play more west coast teams (last one was USC in 2004, right?). I give them huge amounts of credit for doing what they do to play the great teams across the country.

I really hope Alabama takes a L this weekend, if anybody wants to bring up not playing anyone it's them.

That Va. Tech win was UGLY, that A&M game was a solid W...

Until the world realized the Aggies defense is assjuice.
If they pimp-slap LSU then I'll give em the credit they deserve, but in the meantime I'd love to see/think FSU vs Oregon deserve to be in the ship, with all the injuries the SEC is not all that good. With that said, it's not looking good for the Ducks this coming Thursday even though they caught a huge break in Gardner being done for the season.

But... the SEC... they're just otherworldly in every phase of the game. How could teams like FSU and Oregon ever jump them, or Heaven forbid, beat them?

:smh:

Also: @DavidMLombardi ESPN will likely have a "mini-College Gameday"-like set at Stanford for Oregon game Thursday in addition to broadcast

Morning and evening pre-game shows are expected too

This dumbass Dan sileo got fired again for saying he'll give a 1000 dollars to somebody who knocks freeman out the game. But I think Dorset will be back by the Virginia game who has our number and is a team we can't ever beat.

Wrong player, he put a bounty out on Timmy Jernigan

Well my hangover has subsided enough that I can finally look at a computer screen. Awesome game this weekend tailgating with Noles and Hurricanes alike and glad this rivalry will have national implications in the years to come. Overall atmosphere in Tallahassee this weekend was electrifying, it's really great to see how far it's come since I started school back in '07. Feel terrible for Duke, but he'll bounce back and hope he has a speedy recovery. It was nice to see that Noles could still adapt when Jameis wasn't playing his best and Freeman absolutely went off.

From now until Thursday I will become on honorary Stanford Tree?! Here are some pics from the game

The last Top 10 team that Georgia beat was a horridly over-ranked (definitely not Top 10) #2 Florida team that went into bowl season #3 too get demolished by Louisville :x
That is their only win over a Top 10 opponent since 2009.

georgia gets props for playing a tough schedule year in and year out , no hiding behind a cupcake schedule

with the whiniest fanbase in college sports

I thought you were a fan of a MAC school because why so much hate towards Ohio?
no hate , if they win they win

a little salty you beat us in the title game which go's without mention

but my hatred is reserved for the refs...even then it is what it is

i ....as would most college football fans would want to see ohio on primetime

duke it out with bcs teams...win or lose i doubt anyone here like 72-10 games

even when it's the hurricanes....i rarely watch the games in their entirety

i don't mind us losing to fsu , i was 100000 times more amped playing them

then seeing us blow out savannah state and hope theres and upset for my

team to jump a team everyone know's is better

i think we need a 16 team playoff , that would be beyond epic
