Yeah, the case was never sent to the states attorneys office because there was no evidence. All cases don't immediately go to the states attorneys office. The woman didnt want anything investigated.....back in Febuary.
But yes, the TPD clearly went out of their way to cover up a sexual assault by the backup QB. Just like they did w/ Smiley Harris & Greg Dent.

Anyway, that article is a little more damning. Football aside, I hope he didn't do it. Doesn't mean he's guilty but the way the situation was allegedly handled makes it seem like something shady was going on...a cover-up or there was an effort to quiet the girl.
