I thought if the kicking team makes contact (blocks)with one of the recovery teams players before the ball goes 10 yards it's a penalty?
 
Okay I thought that was the case, was it the NIU game last night where they enforced it? I know I saw it recently
 
Baylor is so finesse. 3rd game in a row they can't dominate the line of scrimmage. Texas can beat them in this weather
