Oh they give out All-SEC honors based on potential?

Garrison Smith (3-4 DE) - 58 tackles, 6 sacks

Jigaboo Clowney (4-3 DE) - 36 tackles, 3 sacks

Not saying Smith should be 1st Team but he wasn't even an honorable mention yet Clowney gets 1st Team with those lackluster #s

any football player who knows the game and watches the film can see that Clowney still had a solid year

every game I watched SC play he was getting doubled teamed, messing up screens by man handling the O line, disrupting the QB/WR timing, collapsing the pocket

he might not have had the stats but his presence was felt in EVERY game I watched

Mariota: 3,412, 30 TD, 4 INT, Rush: 81-582 (7.2) 9 TD.

Manziel: 3,372, 33 TD, 13 INT, Rush: 133-686 (5.2) 8 TD. Oregon 10-2, TAMU 8-4.

I assume this is about the Heisman finalist nod. Although I don't think Manziel deserved to be a finalist based on his play, I think he was very exciting to watch and it's kind of honoring him since he won it last year. JFootball put up those numbers in the SEC which is more impressive than Mariota in my opinion. His performance against Bama vs Mariota's performance against Stanford is kinda what separates them. Doesn't really matter since neither would win it this year.

Also

Bridgewater: 3,523, 28 TD, 4 INT on 70.2 completion percentage. Louisville 11-1

Kalvaraz Bessent flips from Bama to the Barn

Must've realized how ****** that 2ndary is and figures he can play immediately
