2013 College Football Thread (Realer than Real Deal Holyfield -->S/O Craftsy)

Not a fan of teams with no head coach in bowl games. They are 7-11 in the last 18 and USC is on its backup to the backup HC

I went with USC I just feel like they have too much but hopefully they perform well. @fear I remember when my alma mater (Illinois) played UCLA (I think it was) and both head coaches were just fired before the game, they called it the depression bowl

USC has more talent I just fear they don't care to be there and Fresno does and pulls the upset

Bowl Confidence pools are by far my fav

I picked Fresno just because of all of the craziness that has been goin' on at USC. Though if Fresno plays like they did against SJSU USC will have a field day. If USC plays like Lane Kiffin is still the coach I think Fresno will get the win.

Frsno isn't as talented as USC at any position but QB.

USC has 4 healthy running backs who could all carry the rock early and often and Fresno can't stop the run at all.  I'm talking Buck Allen with 100 first half yards.

They are on their 3rd coach, but Ed O was the spiritual leader.  He didn't call any plays, what he did was rally the troops.  Hopefully that won't be a big loss for this game.

Also if as many juniors as everyone is predicting ARE trying to go pro, then this is their show and prove game.  They (especially Marqise) need to ball the eff out and lock down those early round projections.

If however they show up and are like "meh, we wanted the BCS.  Don't care." then Fresno could catch them slipping with quick early TDs because USC's secondary ain't great.

But I don't think that'll happen.

USC by two touchdowns.

Interested to see Davante Adams vs that USC secondary

@theACCfootball: #ACC is 1st conference in history to sweep Heisman, Doak Walker, Davey O’Brien, Outland, Lombardi, Bednarik, & Nagurski awards in same year.
