If you go paul, put a little NT on the top corner or something

Domination by the squad yesterday, have to put it together for one more week at the cocktail party. Them boys on defense trying to end lives out there :pimp:

Next weekend is loaded (but could end up being blowout Sat):

17 Texas Tech @ 4 Kansas St

12 Miss State @ 1 Alabama

5 Notre Dame @ 9 Oklahoma

2 Florida vs 11 UGA in Jax

Miss St, Tex Tech, Notre Dame are put to bed as pretenders. Florida dominates another second half winning a classic in Jax and heads to the GA dome.

of course your homer *** would think that. how would miss st, tech and ND losing to better teams make them pretenders tho?

Auburn
Tenn
Akransas
USF
CAL
boston college
UK
texas

Could all be looking for new HC soon. so who fires there HC first to get the jump on everyone?

God I hope the cal boosters can get the money together to get rid of Tedford. The Stanford game was the final straw for a lot of people at the game. They were furious.

Just in general, what top teams have played a tough schedule or had any real challenges through the first 8 weeks? I don't really care where the opponents were ranked at the time because that's meaningless. I mean, beating Arkansas, VT or Michigan St wasn't some huge accomplishment even though they were all ranked high early.

Florida? Notre Dame? K State?

I wouldn't so much go by only on where teams were ranked when played, but are they still ranked now and at the end of the season. Oregon's resume' just doesn't stand up to any of the other teams in the top 5 right now save for Bama. They'll get their opportunity soon enough, but if the others keep winning I still think it'll be difficult for them to jump too far ahead in the cpu's. UF has 2 top 20 opponents left, Bama has 3, K-State has 1, ND has 2, and ORE has 3 (possibly 4 if they play USC twice).

USC's schedule hasn't been tough, but ****, at least they have travelled and that isn't easy to do.

Honestly don't think the SEC is that tough as in previous years. South Carolina has taken a dump twice on the road, Florida has looked unimpressive in it's "big" wins, LSU's offense is as exciting as bingo night at a senior living facility, Georgia is an anomaly, Mississippi State hasn't beaten anyone, Texas A&M gift wrapped that W and handed it to LSU...

I can see why KState has jumped Oregon, because Oregon hasn't played anybody and they just left the confines of the Pacific Northwest for the first time and it's late October. So yeah, KState deserves the jump, Bama is the best team on paper? The question if we are talking schedule's is, Why? A mediocre Michigan team (Neutral site) aside, they haven't beaten anybody either. Just saying. Impressive win by Florida, they had more points than yards at one point during the game

Based on SOS

1. KState
2. Notre Dame
3. Florida
4. Alabama
5. Oregon
6. Oregon State

...not going to go on because frankly it doesn't matter.

Moving on, still a lot of movement coming so no need to get too worked up over it. Michigan State has been really disappointing this year, that team has fallen hard. Also, there is no doubt that Denard Robinson is holding that Michigan team back.

South Carolina, :smh:, such a bad road team. Still not sold on Florida, sorry Jada. Definitely overachieving, and Muschamp is doing good things in Gainesville. Defensively that team is playing extremely well.

WVU, at home... they got their ***** blown at home. Daaaaayuuuuuuuum Geno! Didn't see the fall coming this early, didn't see it being this bad, but it is.

The back end of the Top 25 is so bad, :smh:.

I actually think the BCS rankings are on point with the exception of South Carolina at 13, no beezknees being there. Top 5 is truly interchangeable.

I have been ragging on Borges play calling, but then I sober up and realize that he has a RB playing QB... He seems handcuffed on what he wants to do and it seems like his best option is not let Denard lose games... The D is playing so well and couple that with some atrocious offenses in the B1G and its easy to play to win games and not have to do a ton on O where the QB is the main focus... I want to say Denard not being in Ann Arbor next year should help the O flourish but looking at the QBs after DEnard and its tough to see where they are much better in the passing game... The roster is still not up to par with where it needs to be but it is getting closer... Have to think that next year the O will not explosive but the D could be so good that they won't have to score more than 20 win games.

Lol @ mamba popping back up now that Florida has a solid team again...colts ever get good again he'll be slurping them again
