got some saddle soap and leather salve in the mail today - gonna butter up my rag & bone boots

Who makes a good wingtip boot? Love my Cole Haan Morris wintip chelsea's but it's an older model and I can't find any more colors (mine are oxblood). Like to pay under 2 bills, even under 1 if possible.
