Official Fall/Winter 2016/17 Boot Thread...Fall is creepin up

Pretty much a long shot, anyone know where I can purchase the 40 belows in either colorway? My size never is up on eBay.

Put a wanted ad on cl and facebook groups/ig. I'm sure someone has em

Did on a Facebook group I follow and nothing and I moved to miami , no one in the state of Florida has these. Lol. I go on the 40 below hashtag here and there on Instagram and nothing, just people posting up pics of their pairs but none for sale. I was wondering if any here that lives up north know if their shop possibly have these..

i want to bump this to catch someone's attention, ummm instead of charity (i actually still donated a good amount this year) i need something else to donate to in which i will fullfill a wish list. My man's fullfilled a slight request i had a in a week and made it happened in a month. hit me up via PM pls. you know who ypu are . . .

Exactly. Dudes paying $180 for wheats. No way Jose. I remember the last pair of wheats I bought about three years ago cost $90 from Burlington. And yes they were 6" constructs. They even had the roll down pairs for $80. And I doubt this is something that's specific to Georgia. Wouldn't hurt you all to take a trip to Burlington in the warmer months to see if you can cop a steal. Like I said, I bought a black pair over the summer when I got my motorcycle and needed a pair of boots to ride in. Paid $80 plus tax. :pimp:

I cop all my Timbs at the factory store.

$80 for single sole
$90 for double sole

Wheats, Black nubuck, black leather, cinnamon (my personal favorite), even beef and broc's...

I'll never pay $180 for Timbs, nor buy them from Champs/Footlocker like a fool

Honestly I think dudes are getting them mixed up, I've never seen premium double sole nubucks for less than 160$ not eem years back....they have gone up in price but and I think the 196$ price tag is a bit high, but it's not surprising when dudes are legit willing to drop 3x that amount on a pair of lebrons or 2x that amount on a pair of red wings...

Can ya post pics of these 6inch premium wheat nubucks ya copping for 90$

Too many mom and pop shops and places like Richies in NYC giving up deals during the summer. As we've said before, Black Friday is always a go ($70-80) at a few places. But yeah, I'm talking about the 6 inch double sole nubucks.

Just to reiterate that 6in double sole wheats really dip in price during the summer.

Different sizes from 8-13 at Burlington.

Does anyone have a pair of Nike air magma 2012 size 9/9.5 in charcoal or dark brown that they would be willing to sell?

:pimp:

What're you guys looking at this year? I'm going with a yearly pair of RL Rangers or Radbournes and a pair of 6" wheats. Looking for a good third pair though, preferably black.

I've been wanting a pair of the AE Dalton boots. Need to get some rubber soles put on them though. Why would any company put leather soles on boots? Sliding around is not fun.

Thinking of copping these Timberland Earthkeepers (black) for work. Pic is from Kith.

Only $150 as well. Anyone have experience with Timberland anti-fatigue tech?

Picked these up last month. Finally saw them on sale. Still trying to break them in.
400

I love my Redwing Beckman 9016 in cigar featherstone, they are real nice. It has taken awhile to break them in, but I love them. I'd say I've had them about 2 years, and didn't wear them much the first year(no reason honestly)

With that said, as long as you don't wear them in the real bad months, or plan to sno-seal them, I'd get another more waterproof style boots as well. The RW boots look real classy, and I've got a lot of comments on them. Just keep them shined up right, and they will last.

I think I might put some obenauf leather protector on them and see how they are in the rain and snow. I plan to wear the hell out of them.
