Yesterday I put some ribeyes and corn still in the husk on the grill, and my girl made scalloped potatoes. The corn was so sweet we didn't even need butter, going to buy more this week.

Was a house warming gift from my dad. It gets really hot though, but the handle in the front you can turn to control the level that the charcoal sits. Super easy to clean out old ashes too, I love it.

I've never made guac before in my life. I'm allergic to avocados. I'm making it for the gf.
