I so want to visit the Pacific Northwest. Start from Vancouver and head my way south. I think I was too young to not appreciate what Vancouver had to offer, the last time I visited.

Tokwa't Baboy (or Tofu and Pork for my non-Filipinos) and I also had some balut, but I know y'all aren't tryna see pics of that

I made pho with beef balls and rare steak. The cilantro is stale  Boiled the pot for 8 hours  finally got the broth clear with trial and error.

you from Seattle? I was up there a month ago, ever been to Taylor Shellfish Co.? or the The Whale Wins]

I've been to The Whale Wins a few times, their bread and dishes are so good. I'll have to try Taylor Shellfish Co. sometime, that all looks bomb. I actually very rarely get seafood places. My girl is actually kind of allergic to shell fishes.

My chirashi bowls never look like moomoo's. Always get a giant bowl of rice and three slivers of fish :smh:

damnnn. come to Seattle and we can chirashi it up. :nerd:
