FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

1st time @ shake shack... burgers were solid. Cheese fries legit. Kids loved the shakes. Buns were noteworthy. Meat was different from 5 guys or Culver's but I give it an A- overall.

Anyone else cutting like me and trying to stay away from this thread, but also trying to live vicariously through these NTers?

Had shake shack for the first time this week. This has to be the most over rated place ever.

The averageness of the food combined the with the exorbitant prices.... Shake Shack gets a C

Thanks for the review. I wanted to try them out the last time I was in Vegas. I guess I won't go out of my way next time I'm there.

Sister's 17th birthday today

She loves pancakes so we hit up a local pancake spot that's pretty popular.

Was pretty stuffed after that so we took a break and I helped her practice parallel parking.

Then for dinner we went out for steak

Birthday dinner at my house tonight. I cooked everything! Chicken curry, pancit, and bistek. It's such an awesome feeling when all your guests love your cooking. :pimp:
