So I made nachos. May look gross but they were delicious with my favorite green sauce

I have actually only had it in smoothies and fresh salads. I prefer my veggies raw anyways. It has a minor tart taste but overall it's yummy

I'll give it a try next time I see it at the grocery store. Read that it's the superfood of veggies. Not sure how to prepare it. Definitely need some recipe ideas.

What I had for breakfast. Had some leftover mac and cheese so I used it in an omelette. With turkey bacon and pepper jack cheese.

If I'm not eating kale raw I either make baked kale chips out of them or sautee them with either beef or chicken and make a stir fry out of it. Just sautee the meat(marinate the meat with a little bit of garlic and oyster sauce) first and get it browned, take out the meat, heat up some sesame oil and chili oil in the same pan, throw in some garlic and ginger throw in the kale to steam and scrape up all the brown bits at the bottom for flavor throw the meat back on and mix it in well to meld the flavors and you got yourself a quick, easy and healthy dish. Serve with brown rice and you're good to go.

derrtay derrtay Nice! I have all the stuff you mentioned minus the kale of course so will definitely try that out. Seen kale chips done before will try that too.

Clay pots are great cooking vessels. Especially with rice. The crispy bottom :pimp: Hella hard to clean though lol

Moonshoes take a pic of your food instead of just describing it. I was looking forward to seeing the homemade bread.
