Anybody on the west coast been to El Pollo Loco?

I ask because their stock is doing numbers

Made some pulled pork the other day. It came out great and lasted a few days. Slid right off the bone when I was pulling the pork apart :smokin

Vietnamese curry noodles with pork from Sriracha House on Miami Beach. Like the Wok to Walks they have all over Amsterdam, but not as good. Still a solid meal though and there isn't too many places with this concept down here

I used a 5 lb bone-in pork shoulder and a slow cooker

Heat up some olive oil on a large pan over medium high heat. Cover with salt and pepper, and sear each side of the pork shoulder, it should only take a few minutes per side. Dice up an onion & garlic in the meantime. After, take it off & put it in the slow cooker.

Drop the onion & garlic into the pan and cook it with what's left in there.

Get 1 cup of chicken broth, mix in some garlic salt, pepper, diced chipotle peppers, the honey (2 tablespoons), cumin and onions and garlic after they've coked a bit. Mix it up and put it over the pork shoulder in the slow cooker. Set it on high for four hours and after it'll look just like the picture.

Just an FYI, My boss just informed me that I'll be heading to Kansas City for about 2 weeks starting August 10th. DAT BBQ THOUGH.

So expect another massive upload in a few weeks.

Depends on what you're cooking...

Steaks - Montreal seasoning, salt and pepper
Eggs/potatoes - Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Salmon - Blackened Seasoning
I'm just curious on what people use since we are all from different areas.

I mostly use

Tony's

and fish

Steaks just salt and pepper
