seems like the best roast pork thing is all personal preference and conjecture, interesting.

at the end of the day, roasted pig is still a beautiful thing. I'm just biased towards cubans since thats my heritage. I grew up eating roast pork since I can remember.

You don't like liver? My mom used to make homemade lechon sauce with some liver.

Liver spread has a certain smell that I can't tolerate :x

Whats good NT Fam. Just got back from a 12 day vacation in Puerto Rico. Hadn't been in 3 years so it was good to spend the holidays with my family and also take my wife for her first time and show her around the island.Of course there are always mandatory spots that we must eat at



Started off New years Eve at my Aunt's house with a little Arroz con Gandules, lechon, chicken and ribs

Went to our favorite little hole in the wall place in Ponce,PR for some empanadillas. Carne, Pollo, Pizza, Corn Beef. Alcapurrias and dumplines in the background.

We went zip lining/hiking and at the end of it all they served us some food. A nice and unexpected treat :

this was great, i like dry noodles,

this place is nice, you basically get all different kinds of streetfood in one place

this is vietnamese style desert, banana with sticky rice and coconut milk

deep fried softshell crab and crab fried rice

Had The Hat's pastrami burger and orange bang(not pictured) drink for the first time today. Looked better in @chivas5232's pics. There were a lot of pastrami but the beef patty was small. Not worth $9. Should have gotten the pastrami chili cheese fries instead. Drink didn't have much orange flavor mostly creme and wasn't sweet.

There wasn't a proper line to order so it was confusing but it was worth it. It was the definitely one of the highlight meals of my trip.
