I just read an article that the Jags is ready to throw big money on Demarco, and Miami is about to make Suh the highest paid defensive player in the league.

If we could find another $4-5mil, we could keep:

Murray (I'm thinking he'll be at $6-6.5mil AAV from us, 7 elsewhere)
Durant
McClain

And have some room to go after a guy for the line, and keep two of Moore, Spillman & Hayden.

We can restructure Romo freeing up another 12 mill but I think the team wants to take the massive hit this year just incase Romo takes one more lick and is done for good.

As a Spurs fan, I want this same team back (with a few additions of course) back to get another shot at things after how it ended this season. People cannot doubt that we are in the elite class of the NFC despite the subpar at best defense we put on the field this year and it took a miracle call to take us out. The Spurs suffered similar fate in 2013 and came back smelling blood.

As I said before, DEz clearly hasn't let it go and although they aren't as 'publically emotional' as DEZ, judging from that Duke picture, Romo, Witten, Murray, and Garrett haven't quite let it go either.

To me it seems no team is making an offer for him still. If Jags had an offer they'd publicize it, and put pressure on Jerry.

The problem is you have to pay TOP $ to get him. Anything else would get matched by Jerry and that seems to be the hesitation.

Also why would the Eagles take Murray when they didn't wanna pay McCoy? ....McCoy makes $8M per and DeMarco wants around the same amount but McCoy is more proven than Demarco.
