Ouch.

Case #58632 of the Cowboys umderselling an injury. I really don't understand it. What's the point of lying to the fans, just let us know whats up. They had us thinking Spencer and Ratliff would both be suiting up day 1 while they probably knew since July how serious their injuries were.

I stopped believing their injury BS after they said Romo's hand was fine he's good, then shows up to NY with a blimp for a right hand

To have some comfort room. We need to go 4-0. 3-1 is acceptable, anything less and we are in trouble.

Eagles & Vikings are games that should be ours
Lions is a toss up game
Saints is a likely loss. But we could certainly steal it.

The 3 we should win, we have to win. And hope to steal the game against the Saints.

Life would be much better if either the Chiefs game or Broncos game went our way.

I'm not worried about the Washington: They play vs. Chicago, @Denver, vs. San Diego in the next 3 weeks. They could be 2-6 or 1-7. After that they play vs. SF, vs. KC, 2 against NYG, 1 vs. us.

So long as we beat the Giants in the next meeting they are no threat. They likely are 0 threat, but if they run 6 in a row. They'd probably be a game back.

It'd be big to beat Eagles twice. Would almost guarantee the division is ours. But gotta take 1 from them. Specifically right now

 Don't even worry about the Giants and Skins, they are done 100%. Teams don't just magically become that much better during the course of the season. Even when the Skins won 7 in a row last year they only played bad to avg teams. Those wins came against Philly and Dallas each twice, the Giants, the Ravens when they were in the midst of a losing streak and the Browns. They don't have a cakewalk schedule the rest of the way this year.

Anyways the Giants are 0-6. Washington is 0-4 in conference games and 0-2 in the division. Dallas and Philly have both beaten Washington already so the best they can do is split with them. Dallas and Philly are also both 3-0 in conference. The best Washington could do in conference is 4-4, which either Dallas or Philly will match by Sunday. Both will most likely win at least two more conference games anyways. So Washington loses those tie breakers. They'd have to go at the very least 8-3 over these next games to win the division. They still have to play, in Philly, in Denver, at Atlanta, Chicago, Kansas City, San Diego and San Francisco. They could very well lose every single one of those games.

They're done. Been done since week 3 honestly. Division will most likely come down to week 17 between Dallas and Philly if the Cowboys lose Sunday. At least this time the game is in Dallas.

Knew Philly would be better this year. Said in a thread beginning of the season that I could see them contending for the Division. Dudes just laughed being so hung up with Washington and New York  Philly just made mad mistakes the previous two seasons. Aren't making those same mistakes right now.

I like to play Devil's Advocate . I definitely know skins are done. Their schedule is brutal. Giants could make a run, but they have to go almost perfect.

But we have to sweep up NFC East Games, and this stretch here.

We need to come out 6-4 at the worst. If we're 5-5, I don't like our chances

Ware is making the trip to Philly guys. This situation could end up just like the Saints game in 09 if he plays. Wares body definitely isn't the same but I will never doubt his will/toughness

Dude wants to keep that streak alive

I'd prefer we rest him so he can get completely healthy as the quad injury isn't the only thing he has to deal with at the moment.

Starting to become more optimistic about the game tomorrow. Philly's defense is worse, I think Garrett lets Romo air it out being that we will be in a lot of empty back field formations. Stage also might be too bright for Nicholas Folds

If we win tomorrow that's 4-0 in conference play and 3-0 in the division. Obviously we could have a better record then 4-3 but those wins could come along way in keeping us ahead of other teams.

I was thinking the other day that the AFC in general is just that much better than the NFC this year to the point where we could actually be better than most of the NFC. We'll find out for certain within the next 3 weeks, with all our games coming against conference opponents. The Lions don't worry me and Rob Ryan has had the luxury of playing with a lead most of the time.

Idk, something is telling me cowboys lose. Unexpected turnovers by us, big plays from the Eagles O, and Eagles D plays better than expected. Hope im wrong.

big game tomorrow. division games are always tough... philly is the one team that scares me in terms of giving us a run for the division title too.

demarcus ware making the trip :smokin even if he can't give it a go tomorrow (which wouldn't surprise me), gotta appreciate his heart :pimp:

Gameday is upon us.
Feels good to be in first place!
Couldn't imagine being 0-6 or 1-4.
I'm expecting the same outcome as last week.
Huge special teams plays, consistent offense, and a bend but don't break defense.
Cowboys 33 - Eagles 19

Our cap next year is gonna be a mess. Do we need a superstar RB? I'm content with our RB rotation. We still gotta pay dez and tyron smith.

Cowboys interested in McFadden :smh:

@adamschefter - Dallas now projected to be NFL-high $31 million over the salary cap next season. One NFL exec called Dallas cap situation in 2014 "a train wreck" :smh: :smh: :smh:

It's just media, stirring the pot. Murray has a simple injury and still producing in yardage. They make it seem he's been fumbling constantly and running backwards.

This offense is no way near state of emergency and don't NEED to trade for anyone. We're a top 5 offense this season.

McFadden makes 9.7 million, Dallas has 2 million in cap space. All of the real Cowboys insiders say there is absolutely no chance of a trade happening. All of them are saying they have no idea where this idea came from. Like Fiasco said, it's just the media being the media. They drafted Randle to potentially replace Murray. They wouldn't give up on him after his first game.

And I swear I've read an article/report about how the Cowboys are in/about to be in 'salary-cap hell' every year since 09. If there is one thing Jerry and Stephen are good at as GM, it's working the salary. Not worried. Besides, with the way the team has been drafting under Garrett I'd much rather they improve the team through draft picks. Only free agents we've really hit on have been Carr and Waters.

McFadden would be a lateral move. Him nd Marco share the same health concerns.

Big game today tho. I see a lot of points being scored by both teams. Two of the bottom three defenses in the league going at it. I see a Big day from romo as usual. Dez gonna eat like he does against Philly.

Nd I got this sneaky feeling Kyle Wilber might turn some heads. Or maybe I'm hoping. Lol.

Staying in today for this one. Let's go cowboys!
