THE OFFICIAL 2023 DALLAS COWBOYS OFF-SEASON THREAD || Cowboys Gonna Cowboy

3-1 in the Giants stadium :smokin

Don't we have the same record in their new stadium as they have in our new one now?

We opened our stadium in 9, they opened theirs in 10. We've lost vs them every year in Dallas except this year, we've beaten them every year in NY except their Superbowl year.

Hope the coaches see what happens when you feed Dez.

I have to make sure, but since we're 4-0 in the division and Philly is 3-2 with a loss to us already, it appears everyone in the East needs to outright finish with a better record than us to win the division.

Yeah i checked it. I heard the stat wrong i guess. We're 3-1 in theirs and they are 3-2 in ours. So we're better by a little.
And that's not counting a loss to the jets.

I know it's due to their win streak they had in our new stadium but we're every bit at home at their as they are at ours.

I went skating instead of watching the game today

In 240 game time minutes against divisional opponents, Dallas has never been behind.

Sweeping the NFC East would be glorious. Have to humble these Eagles fans just like we did the New York fans. Not like our team is blowing people away, but the rest of the NFC East is literally just beating 2-3rd string QB's

"@NFLonFOX: Tony Romo's 93.1 passer rating in the final 2 minutes is the HIGHEST of all active quarterbacks and the 4th highest since 1991."

big big big big big win

didn't think they had that in them, glad I was DEAD wrong, never felt so good about being wrong in my life

I pulled the old jinx out on the G-Men, put 30 bucks on them, figured if I lose its 30 bucks and the Cowboys win, which I would pay 30 bucks for a win every week, worst case scenario i'm out 30 bucks or I capitalized on the Cowboys loss

really proud of the Cowboys, feels good right now after weeks of feeling miserable about them

......I'm saying, run the ball, hurry up to the line, no huddle, and run it again. Too many components to a field goal.

Why? So Tyron Smith can get called for a hold, which pushes us 10 yards back and stops the clock?

What Garrett did yesterday was wise. Bailey has been money since...forever. I had no qualms with what Garrett did.

Letting you know I'm borrowing that stat line. I'm usually good with finding his QB rating stats so I dunno how I missed this one.

Props :smokin

Dudes are such frauds with all that ******** talking throughout the week.

Now they are making all the excuses in the world and sending all types of shots at Romo.

"I thought he was going to screw up."

Thanks for giving him his 22nd 4th quarter comeback clowns

You can't have a holding penalty on a field goal or other things go wrong? Some teams give it to the quarterback to kneel or fall between the hashes and some teams hand it to to a rb with better hands in case someone gets hands on the qb. Either way, yes, Bailey has been virtually automatic under 50 and Garrett did a good job. Good win.

That wasn't my point.

My point was we have ran the ball in that same situation before instead of running down the clock and it cost us a W. Garrett then proceeded to blame Phillip Tanner when in reality, that play shouldn't have been called in the first place as the holding penalty not only negated yards, it stopped the clock, allowing Detroit to keep one of their time outs. Worst time management I've ever seen from a Cowboys HC.

I see where you are coming from. I wouldn't mind any other team doing what you suggested. But I have a problem with the Cowboys doing it because we aren't disciplined like other teams.

I'm still in awe that we ran a perfect screen yesterday. First time I've seen a perfectly executed screen since the Philly vs Dallas game in 2009 (Division title game, not Wild Card weekend).

I feel you. THIS is what makes me agree with your previous point. We are inconsistent when it comes to executing plays well.
