Every game there is a drive where the other team is running it down our throats and we cant do anything about it, especially in the clutch. Its other things that need correcting even if #9 is out there walking on water

RoMac isn't the same dude from last season. He put on a lot of muscle which has caused him to slow down quite a bit.

Crawford and Mincey ain't been the same since they got paid.

I also think we are underrating the intensity and fire OScan brought to this defense.

What a damn good story it would be though if Romo somehow saved this abomination of a season. The Hardy bashing I can tolerate. Even the Dez bashing to some degree. But when people try to bash #9 when it's clear as day he's been the primary reason this team is remotely competitive is asinine. All those 8-8 seasons a bunch of clowns (including Cowboys fans) blamed him for can now sit tight and realize we'd probably be 2-14 those seasons.

In any case, I hope the Eagles take the division if things don't get better for us. But as someone else pointed out, not giving up yet.

Can't lie, a top 5 pick does sound nice though....

Scandrick was the heart of the defense, Sterling Moore was also better than the guys out there right now. Anthony Spender, Durant, Selvie all are missed.

While we've been building our O-Line and D-Line the Giants totally revamped their secondary with Collins, Amukamara, Rodgers-Cromartie etc... We need to do the same.

I think Rolando might be fools gold. He slowed down last year after his first few games. Crawford and Mincey are doing OK we just arent getting the QB on the ground. I said many times in here, during those 8-8 seasons that they were Tony's versions of lipstick on a pig. He is tops in this league at Qb. period.

In any case, I hope the Eagles take the division if things don't get better for us.

Why? As a Cowboys fan in birds country I dont get this one

^ yeah, I'm in philly also. If the Eagles were some true fans I wouldn't mind them winning. These fans root for the Cowboys to lose more than they root for their team to win. It's silly.

Guess I'm a bit biased too but I live in NY. I won't be able to stomach another NY super bowl run which would tie us in SB rings. Plus, the Giants have a weird knack for going all the way just by merely getting in the playoffs. The Eagles winning the division won't mean anything since they'll quickly be trounced in the first round. Same with the Skins (personally dislike the skins more than the rest of the division though).

Giants get in they'll go all the way.

I root for none of these teams in NFC East.. Only time I did was when Mike Vick was QB in Philly (I just genuinely wanted to see him do well), and when they play the Patriots because **** Boston, and the entire state of Massachusetts. Yes I know Foxborough is not Boston, but close enough.

I feel u with the Giants thing. I dont know how I would take the birds winning it all. I root for one team and one team only. No matter who needs to win or lose to help better our situation Im only rooting for the Cowboys. Call it superstitious, but if we handle our business we aint gotta worry about anyone else winning or losing

Sigh I was looking at next 2 weeks, and we could possibly get to 1GB of Giants & Eagles.

But Week 12 we have Carolina, and the Eagles have Lions, Giants have Washington.

Week 13, we have Washington... Giants have Jets and Eagles @Pats.

So we could get back to 1GB again after 13.


Then we have Packers... So regardless, we can keep getting close, and then end up screwed the next week. Up 1 game, then back down 1 game.

A win on Thanksgiving and I'll be hopeful again.

This defense gets no sacks, no turnovers, and can't stop the run.

I will still watch but I give up on this season because the defense is bad, worse than I expected. Much worse. This is the worst defense since the years Roy Williams was getting burned deep
