The sad thing about our offense is we don't have a quick strike offense. We can't march down the field like that and score that quick. That's been eatin me up for years man

We could be a quickstrike Offense if we ran the no-huddle more during the middle of games, not just the end. Seems like they were doing that tonight but fake injuries and penalties kept stalling us.

I don't see it with Romo, espeically when our backfield isn't much of a threat to warrant the D to be hesitant. Romo possibly could have that killer instinct but as of now he doesn't have it .

DeMarco Murray is pissing me off tonight, and I'm a DeMarco fan.
He is waiting for this magical whole to appear instead of running with the blockers and busting through.
He had an opportunity to get two good runs but he is tippin looking for the break away run.

The offense sputtered for most of the game and Eli carved up the secondary in the 2nd half

Sloppy game. i liked how opportunistic the defense plays though. They were looking to strip everything. Everything else was so bad though.

Yeah way too much. Run game should be better when Waters comes. Forgot how bad our RG (don't feel like attempting to spell his name ) is. Anyways off to Kansas City Giants should be 0-2 after next week.

I thought Selvie played very well tonight. If he's our third DE im pleased with that, he can spell Spencer and Ware.

Yep. Had to block that Seahawks fan. Dude wakes up thinking about Dallas. Every single thing posted related to them he has something to say. And then when you prove him wrong he just goes "Why you mad. See all Cowboys fans are sensitive" And tries to change the subject because he has no rebuttal. First time I've ever blocked anyone on here. I know I've said I won't talk Cowboys outside of this thread before but I'm serious this time. That's why I didn't have much to say after the W.

at the risk of being called a "hater", wanted to share some observations and see what yall think.

the defense was really opportunistic, trying to strip ball carriers. got pressure at times, and then wasn't able to get any pressure at all sometimes.

what i thought was most alarming was the times the giants actually did score, they did it crazy fast:

3 plays 80 yards 1:05
8 plays 80 yards 3:11
7 plays 90 yards 3:23
9 plays 80 yards 1:39

the first was the broken coverage to cruz, and the last was garbage time while playing prevent defense, but was there anything yall noticed on the middle two drives as to why the giants scored so easily?

also, gotta do a better job of turning points into turnovers. yall forced 3 on their first 3 drives and only had 6 points.
