Not TO. Who TO is referring to in the convo..

Horrible performance, no other way around it.

And the next game is at Baltimore too.

what happened to our offense??

offense has been butta since sean payton was still around...

ive been thinking they were slumping but this is starting to look like the norm...

crazy

This team has pretty much become a more expensive, .500 version of the Raiders. Sure we have a few better players but all that is good for is a few more wins. You can change coaches, change coordinators, etc. but in the end, we're still not even close to getting it right.

Romo- First pick I can't put on him, not sure how it was supposed to go with Dez. Second, not on him. Last two game was over and he was just chucking it up there. But the third that was the shovel to Witten, I put that on him it was right after a turnover as well. Sad thing is he was throwing all over these dudes, despite the drps from the receivers.*

Witten and the one penalty were the only true positives. Witten caught everything. I would hope this team has learned about the penalties but you never know.

Dez- Big yardage but dropped the ball too much and the miscommunication play*

-Ogletree always snags it with his hands and the one time he doesn't, interception.

Defense- Even though they got shredded (in yards) I thought they played well. I know officially they gave up 20 but I feel that last td was after the game was over. Shut down the run too.*

*This is how the Cowboys are. They can never put it together, something always is "off". Even when an individual or unit do good the other parts of the team do bad. We have a 2 parts bad 1 part good balance every game and it just rotates.

No, there isn't a team we can't not beat. And not on a any given sunday type deal. We just can't get it together. I don't think very many other teams can say that.

^This team has been playing "on paper" for years now. Eventually you gotta start playing on the field and they just don't work hard enough on fixing their mistakes. They have a big drop, run a wrong route, turn the ball over one week and then the next week, come right out and do the exact same thing. If you can't learn from your mistakes then you're not developing and that's why this team continues to be stuck at an 8-8 level of play every year. At some point, you gotta realize the light isn't gonna turn on for the majority of these players and the coaches aren't really enforcing anything or helping them along.

I don't feel like we play on paper though. It's just us playing in spurts/inconsistency. Sometimes we have it (09 vs Saints late in season), sometimes its for 3/4ths of a game (last year against the Patriots, started them on there streak of low scoring/bad offense but lost), sometimes we don't have it at all (numerous games).

At some point, you gotta realize the light isn't gonna turn on for the majority of these players and the coaches aren't really enforcing anything or helping them along.

This is a dead end. 3 coaches, same players, the captains get penalized just as much. Nothing is changing here. But Bennett leaves
and completely changes. What do you even suggest?

Give Rob the head coaching job, hire a new OC for him, draft a QB in the early rounds within the next year or two and Badda boom........ohh and hire an actual GM who can organize a solid team thoroughly

Okay I'm not one to hate or point out fingers... the first 2 INT's okay reasonable.. but the other 3, unacceptable for "HIGHLY" rated qb.

Past years on paper we look outstanding. I'm tired of this, something has to go, Garrett or Romo.

I'm Gonna Push For Start Orton Campaign. We Need new life. 5 INTs IS UNACCEPTABLE. I'm Sorry, I've seen horrible QB's Don't even get that in a month.

Thats is the post jimmy Johnson era cowboys

All world beaters one week , Cant find a pot to pee in the next.

I do not know with this team anymore.

So much Raw talent on both sides of the ball.

I wish Garrett would just go crazy in a press conference .

Who knows with this team man.

They could fool around and beat the Ravens , and Giants

or get blown out in both games.

I cant tell.

I was at the game tonight , cowboys fans are stupid "draft " someone next year. Who can the cowboys plug in right now that would be better than romo ? no one. at the end of the day romo will bounce back. Just accept it thats the way he plays ball.

I'm really still heated on how we conducted ourselves on MNF, everyone was gassing us up, and actually thinking we could win this game....

I was happy on how we didn't get that much Penalties, but turnovers thats a diff story.. We made cutler look like a god out there. CUTLER!

So glad we got a bye because I do not feel like watching these dudes next week :smh: . Don't post much in here but damn this team is so inconsistent. That has been the story for how many years now? Folks want to blame all Romo but the WHOLE team is inconsistent. That comes from the coaching. No I'm not taking no blame from the players. I don't even want to get started on Dez. Does dude even want to win? It's like dude dosen't give a ****. Just doing it for a check. But it's a system man. If the owner is crap...the coach will be crap...if the coach is crap then the team will look like crap on the field. Garrett is gone at the end of the year if we don't make the playoffs. We're 2-2 now and nobody looks impressive in the NFC east so I'm not going to throw this season out completely but we look like the same team from last year right now. All that money for that secondary huh?

I agree about Cutler I'm like come on but I guess Spencer is better than we thought. Also not having Church is going to mess us up but the TO's last night really killed things. We had a chance to win that game without all them happening.

Offense looked terrible out there :x

No matter how much talent this team has, you never know who's gonna show up on game day. Glad we have a bye coming up.

Gotta love the "sky is falling" posts especially from these other non Cowboys fans on this board. Its interesting that the Cowboys are amongst the many teams who are 2-2 but somehow OUR season is over. The Broncos, and Patriots are 2-2. Is there season over? There's still 12 games left to play. We started 2-2 in 2009 also. We went on to go 11-5 including beating the undefeated Saints that year. All the clamoring about how we are frauds and how people get so excited when the Cowboys lose will make it that much sweeter when we do shock the world and finally hoist that 6th lombardi.

We do have issues, just like every team. No team is perfect. We got stronger on defense and weaker on oline. We also added a new o-line coach with new players that takes time to gel. Lets save the 'sky is falling' posts for week 10 not week 4.

I also love the fact that no one is in the media is talking about Dez and Miles staying back on Valley Ranch getting extra work in this weekend while the rest of the team is enjoying a vacation outside of the area.

"We know we have a long way to go. We know we have to play better in all three phases,"
Red and has infamous "three phrases needs improvement response"

I'm die hard fan but realistically at the beginning of the season looked at our schedule and squad saw we would more than likely be 8-8 or 9-7. The sky isn't falling there is time but if you been riding with the Boys then you know how the fans (or fair weather fans or hypetrain riders) are. Don't let that get to you.

The offensive line is too shaky, we have all the tools but without a O-Line this team will go nowhere. Our playcalling needs to disguise that fault as much as possible though.

The season has a long way to go... I haven't given up on them yet, but at the same time there are issues they have that need to be fixed now rather than later in the season or we'll be done quick. That's my biggest concern.

:pimp: at Dez & MIles getting in extra work.

I just HOPE having Spencer and Ratliff back can help us get more turnovers. I've already gotten comfortable with knowing our offense is gonna give the ball up at some point during every game, but if our defense can create some TOs it wouldn't seem so bad :frown: :smh:

Well when they do that... Apparently Romo will just give it back

Im not blaming the Cowboys shortcomings on Romo, But please draft a back up QB that will be ready to play after the romo Era. The Pats have Mallet ready to go whenever Brady decides to call it quits. Cowboys have a 32 year old Romo with 30 year old Orton as the backup. Please go after a QB next draft so the Cowboys arent force to resign Romo. If it wasnt for the Parcell era players, the Cowboys wouldnt have any pro bowl players on their team. I just want them to set themselves up to have a New coach and QB in the near future.
