THE OFFICIAL 2023 DALLAS COWBOYS OFF-SEASON THREAD || Cowboys Gonna Cowboy

Not saying they have to bring in a big name, they can barely bring in decent free agents. Only reason we got lucky with Melton taking that deal was because he was hurt and Rod is the DC.

It would be different if we were consistent in the draft and consistent with developing the players we do draft.

Yeah I'm all for giving dude a second chance, but the media will just have another thing to eat us up with

Bring that nizzle in here so he can get crunk.
It's a circus with or without Brent cause that's what Mr. Jones wants
If we don't take him somebody else will.
D Ware will convince Denver to pick him up, or Hatcher will vouch for him in Washington.

That's the problem with this team player development none of the raw players ever get taught the proper techniques and fizzle out after their first deals

** now excuse me I have to go cry since my favorite player on my favorite team was just traded for a rental
We have a coaching staff that does that now.
Look at how much better some guys performed with the new defensive staff.

Brent was the perfect 3-4 NT, in a 4-3 he's not really needed

Good player but the baggage isn't worth it for a run stuffer

But I will say before his accident the kid was balling and a rising star, sad sad sad story I felt so bad for him ruining a promising career and ending another young mans life

if he drafted Manziel I would be cool with those pictures, but Jerrah is dead to me

also he needs to sign Dez to begin getting back on my good side

C'mon Chia... Manziel over our Zack M. pick?

Considering how much we're lacking on defense and the OL before that pick in addition to how legit next years QB draft class is looking? Be real fam.

lol

I guess it depends on your faith in Romo, personally after hearing how bad his deep ball has been in camp and him missing time already, I think another good hit and he is done. Would have loved to seen Manziel in there and learning on the fly instead of not having a young QB ready to go.

I like Tony a lot, I think he is a very good QB, but I don't think he is healthy and his declining physical ability started to show last year when he had trouble throwing the ball deep down the field.

We don't even know if Martin was worth the pick we took him with, but all signs point to him being a good OG, thus solidifying the OL and giving us a core group to build with.

The bigger problem is Romos contract. We can probably get the same level of play from Kyle Orton, good throws mixed in with bonehead INTs.

I doubt that...

I would like a young QB as well just not manziel.

Ideally if Room's back is bad he retires and we don't have to pay that huge deal
