Would be the smart move. Save a few million. Could fill out O-Line with savings. Also maybe could get as high as 2nd Round if you throw in one of our mid-rounders with Miles.

Just a random thought. The 90s Cowboys O-Line was beautiful. I wish we could get to that level again.

Smith - Leary - Frederick - Waters - Free is pretty good. But if we could replace Free & Leary (which describes my opinion on them) with upgrades. It would help Demarco immensely. And take the pressure off Romo like the O-Line did for Aikman in the 90s/

Those drafts, free agent pickups and trades were perfection every year.



But we still can make moves that take us where we are to something that makes it easy for Romo & Murray

All about making it easy on Romo & Murray.

And I clearly recognize in almost every position we are better than we were 3-4 years ago. Including Safeties, despite my rants about them.

My hatred of Doug Free is based on well I've just never liked him. Unless you draft a can't miss, I'm good with him as RT. Not too important of a spot with Romo being righty.

But the interior line we could get much better next season being we need to replace.


Also nevermind what I think we need to fix just realized 2 of the 4 DL is gone after this season.

He can make a decent to good defense look below average.
