I wish i had enough money to buy one of these phones, but i can't afford any of these new phones, the prices are ridiculous.

The prices are the same as the 4S which surprised me. I think the prices are fair. New smartphones tend to be pricey but carriers always have deals on the unpopular ones or older models. Amazon sometimes has deals where you can get a phone for a few bucks or less.

My phone made it through the weekend with no scuffs or anything on the black alluminum parts. i looked at edges near the bottom and i have 2 tiny scratches where the silver peeks through :\

Are you running LTE from a full charge today?

I have been reading online at Apples forum that people are narrowing it down to iOS 6 as the culprit for battery life issues. I hope Apple releases an update for this and they acknowledge an issue with battery life.

Yea on my 4s I've notice my battery would die fast! I just got my 5 so hopefully it's not the case with it.

Yep. Been up since 8 am. 4 hours down 22 percent down.
 
I upgraded my 4s to iOS6. No difference in the battery life for me. I tweet check instagram routinely through out the day and play games as well. I stil get a full day's charge which has always been the case for me. If I dont use my phone, I can go a few days without charging. 
 
That's one thing my 4 last me the WHOLE day on one charge. That includes music playing, IG, Twitter, etc.
 
The battery life could be better. I mostly web browse, check fb and instagram. I'm on wifi and home and not using LTE. It'll last about a day and needs charging.

I checked the apple store app to see when I'm eligible and it put a reminder in my calender that I can get one December 20th. Guess I know what I'm getting myself for Christmas.

Dont know what all the hate on Radioshack is about. I just walked into one, asked if they had the 5 in stock,; they didn't but checked stock in all the other radioshack stores. One store in the BX had and they are having it shipped to my local for me to pickup tomorrow. Great customer service and I didn't even have to ask them to look up the other stores.

Then the disappear. Also email aren't pushing. A email will appear like 2 hrs later :smh:
