and we're done

Well, in fairness the Celtics are no pushover. They played well and won two straight. I agree that they got too caught up in everything but the game and got away from what made them successful, but lets not get carried away with our criticism because when the Knicks are winning no one in here is pulling a Mike Breen and complaining about immaturity.

Agreed. I don't have an issue about the all black stuff. My issue is that they didn't back it up. If your gonna talk **** you better back it up. That's all I ask. They didn't do that.

I originally had the Knicks winning in 6, but we were playing like a team that was leaps and bounds above our opponent and we should've closed the series as such. It hasn't gone 6 games because the series has been a dogfight. It's gone 6 games because these p*ssyholes think **** is sweet.

I mean, I said Knicks in 6. Some were saying it would go 7. So now we're up 3-2. We should have closed it out, but we didn't. Some of that is on immaturity, and some of that is on the fact that guys like Garnett, Pierce and Terry weren't going down without a fight.

And I agree. My main issue is if you want to talk all that smack, you have to back it up. If you don't, you look like an idiot and everyone has a reason to be critical. If you do, everything's gravy.

So yeah, like I said, Knicks in 6. They better take this as a learning experience moving forward.

Bron and Wade mocked Dirk, and Dirk came out and torched 'em.

The only thing positive I see coming from this is that they recognized they got schooled by an talently inferior team, taking blows, and taking responsibility for their yapping. Also, Pierce and KG looked exhausted last night, with a travel day in between games, it is up to the Knicks to take this once and for all.

It's one thing for for the Yanks to lose 4 straight considering how much we've won over the years, and the City is pretty much split 50/50 Yanks/Mets. For the Knicks to lose 4 straight like this considering how much basketball means to the City, they will never be forgiven for this collapse.

As one of the league's best offenses during the regular season, the Knicks used 15.9 isolations per game. In the playoffs, it's been 26.6.

Compare that to the playoffs last season, when the Knicks didn't have guards that could pass to Melo vs. Heat. They used 24.8 iso's then.

Further, those 26.6 isolations per game for NYK would be the most for any playoff team since at least 2004 (as far back as Synergy goes).

Also, those 26.6 isolations per game? The Knicks are scoring .707 points per possession with them. Lowest of any playoff team.

If we trusted Felton and gave him the ball more in game 4 this series would be over

The iso's are so annoying

Plus walking the ball up so the cleltics can get set.

Y'all got this. :smokin

For real.

they can win a must win game on your court, but you can't win an elimination game on their court? I'm not buying it.

#OperationKidds2nd

 @ HTTB taking the lead

how was I talking about Kidd's 2nd in 04 when he didn't even have his 1st yet?

or are you talking about me laughing at you taking the lead? what did you lead in?

He's talking about your comment of if they can win in MSG, why Knicks cant win in Boston ?

But in 04 we all said that about the yanks and red socks.

He's talking about the Yankees.

How shocking that a team that hasn't won a playoff series in over a decade would get so cocky in the pregame intro's and by dressing up in black. You gotta love it.

You gonna be in Queens Friday George? :nerd:

Unfortunately gotta finagle my way out of dinner first. Knicks ruining my life in 3 different ways right now  :smh:

allllll kinds of bad last night...need to trust felton more. i feel like he's the only one thats really playing with that motor

I wish we would run more. That in itself would cut down on some of the iso's.

Doc has an even older team and all he keeps telling them to do is push the ball because he knows they can't score in the half court easily.

1:15 Woody on SAS and Ruocco. Which means SAS is gonna go on a 10-12min tirade.

I wish we would run more. That in itself would cut down on some of the iso's.

I cant even count how many times Woody has told the PGs to push the ball off a rebound.
I mean you were saying that you still thought the Yankees would take the series in '04.

But yeah, we were all saying that.
Did I? 2004? Dem feels.

You know what, let's just focus on the here and now. :D

I was just saying that from a logical perspective before. I legit want NY to beat BOS this time.

First off, I want no part of the Celtics possibly winning another.

Second, huge Kidd fan.
