and we're done

Play that Ether video then go to ESPN and watch the game highlights - Ish got me more pumped then Jack3d

Lakers vs. Knicks Thursday is gonna be a goodie. I feel like we need to just come out and put the pressure like we did in the last Miami game.

I didn't realize that melo huddled the team up and got everybody composed after the Kidd 3. He stalled everyone and told them not to foul when the nets get the ball. Small thing I know, but its nice to see

This record is huge. We don't have to rush amare or shump back. Or Camby.

Having shump back may be incredibly important. Imagine shump guarding deron instead of Felton!

Happy Birthday CDon
thanks bro

I wish Mel would of turned to Jay and say "you guys gonna get this work. This is my city"

Which is better a prime J-kidd triple double machine but can't shoot or modern Kidd who is slower but is a decent 3pt shooter and is almost always the smartest guy on the court?

Melo :smokin taking the team and leading them. I think having these veterans on the team, and all these seasons without winning a championship is turning melo into a better leader with a greater sense of urgency and responsibility. Dropping 45 on the Nets....beautiful.

This is turning into a very special season my fellow NYK'ers.

Happy birthday, bro.

Can't beat Kidd in his prime. I hated his guts, but he was absolutely amazing. He's having a great rejuvenation in NY. His bball IQ and shooting is extending his career. He could play like this for at least another 3 years. Zero athletic ability needed.

Not gonna lie, our coach sounds like an idiot. :smh:

30 minutes? My Junior High basketball squad back in 03' spent more than 30 minutes a day working on defense.

It seemed like he was being sarcastic, I hope...

Dudes done in the NBA if he fails with the Lakers. He seems like he has difficulty commanding respect and communicating with players. He no longer has the allure he had when Nash had everyone calling him an offensive genius, which means he can no longer walk into a gym and instantly command respect.

Dantoni definitely had an impact on the game of basketball with his implementation of the Euro style with 4 spreading the floor and running pick and roll. A lot of teams have adopted using that including this current Knicks team who are on top of the east at the moment, and the team that is leading the west, the San Antonio Spurs. So I think we should give him his props for that.

I'm not making a final judgement on the Lakers until Nash gets back because we Knick fans know the difference PG play makes from just last year to this year alone, but this dudes done in the NBA to me. The crop of coaches coming up now are the ones that demand professionalism, unselfishness, and are blue collar type games who impose their personalities on their players. Not condescending sarcastic primadonna types.

Personally, I think Pringles would be great for a mid-major to a big college team. He has the resume to entice top PG recruits, and top athletic PFs and Cs that wanna be in P&Rs but will still have the green light 95% of other coaches won't give them to shoot from the perimeter.

The best No. 12 stat involving the Knicks dates back to the best moment in franchise history, Game 7 of the 1970 NBA Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers.

That game is best remembered for the dramatics early, when Willis Reed, injured in Game 5, returned to the starting lineup and made the Knicks' first two baskets of the game.

Reed did not score again.

But Walt Frazier did.

Frazier made 12 baskets (on 17 shots) and was a perfect 12-for-12 from the free throw line to finish with 36 points in a 113-99 win that gave the Knicks' their first of two NBA titles. He also had 19 assists.

How rare is a 36-point/19-assist game? Elias tells us that it is the only one in NBA postseason history and that only two players have had one in any game since Frazier—Nate Archibald (twice) and Kevin Johnson, the last instance, which came in 1991.

Any of you guys know a legit site to sell gift cards, I won a prize and have a Gucci one with a stupid amount of money on it. There are better things I can do with actual money.
