Dudes done in the NBA if he fails with the Lakers. He seems like he has difficulty commanding respect and communicating with players. Agreed.  Don't think he was being sarcastic either.  Pringles always seemed like a decent guy, kind of funny, and a little bit kooky.  But NEVER, not once, has he ever appeared to be a leader of men, which is why it doesn't surprise me that his players have ALREADY tuned him out.  People shouldn't forget either that he quit not one, but two of his last coaching jobs. 

If he doesn't get it done in LA, he might be done in the NBA for a while.
