and we're done

Cleveland could be a tough game. I won't even call it a trap game. Melo needs to be in the lineup.

 I was on Cloud 9 when Knicks were blowing them out. When Melo got hurt and the lead started going down, I started to become worried. Glad we came out on top though :pimp:

I just hope Melo is good for the 19th. First Knicks game at MSG in years and its on my birthday and I don't even get to see him play? Please God :frown:

It seems like a lot of games we get these huge leads 15-20 point leads. Then in the fourth we lose interest and intensity and the opponent gets back in the game. Down the stretch I started to get nervous. Happy to win, love how we're doing with TOs. Defense has been lazy lately but it's cool. Good game fellas, I wanted to come out and slap D'Antoni. Felton gotta relax with the shooting too. Great player but sometimes he's cold and keeps tossing them

Felton shot way too much, but at least he had 8 assists and only 1 turnover. I'm pretty sure if he stopped trying to shoot that floater he would shoot 65% from the field

Can we not pretend the cavs game means anything...

We aren't going for 72. We are going for healthy in th playoffs and chemistry

You mean you haven't had enough losing these past 10 years? Regardless, it's a home game, and I'd like to see that streak stay intact.

This teams identity is different though. They play to win and come out with focus every night. They're not like the giants for example who can just pick and choose when to show up and sneak into the playoffs. And they're not a proven team that can coast. Since the team is so deep with players and a coaching staff that holds everyone accountable, the players also feel pressured to show up for the other guys every night to. Everyone wants to show that commitment.

And although the preseason goal was to win the division, when you're undefeated at home I think you want to also fight for the best record in your conference to keep home court throughout the entire playoffs.

I think what Dub means is, if Melo can't go and we lose to them, it isn't that big of a deal...and he shouldn't think it's do or die to come back if he ain't right yet.

The hare won the race though, right? Right?

Yea

Rooting hardcore for the W tonight. But it's not about December. This is just fun for us.

I remember a thread a few years ago where we were like 2-1 and celebrating that we were above .500

Felty took 26 shots. Jesus.

in his defense, most of them were good looks. the Lakers were giving him a shot.
ive only seen one time where he converted a layup or a floater this year.
he's aggressive, gets to the paint, gets an open look, cant hit anything

he'll have one, overall good game during this home stand. after that, he'll struggle again... |I
