People that RSVPed to resell didn't have the money to cop in first place. It happens all the time. Or, they don't RSVP a certain number of pairs the first time around and do the rest on the second RSVP.

Unclaimed pairs from the original RSVP. Believe it or not, some people who RSVP either don't make it within the time window. Or troll to take empty RSVP spots.


After the window ends, they re-RSVP any unclaimed pairs. After this second round, if they are still any unclaimed pairs, the Niketown location usually goes to a first come, first serve method to sell remaining pairs.
 
First post but NT NYC just announced they will make the remaining pairs of  Air Jordan 9 Retro 'Doernbecher' available via RSVP

Some people contacted me AFTER the RSVP went live. Gotta be quicker. These RSVP's are quickstrikes. :lol:

if i get a DM from NYC they better let me pick it up tomarrow, they close in what 2 hours? i got **** to do tonight.
 
got really lucky. I was on twitter and didn't know they were doing rsvp's but saw it pop up and submitted mine pretty fast.  Now just need to get lucky one more time

But full size runs though? Nobody picked up their pairs?

You'd be surprised. I really feel like half of the people who RSVP aren't able to claim their pair due to some circumstance or have no intentions of claiming their pair at all. :smh:

This is definitely true. Or maybe some people got through on NDC and didn't have a need to pick up a pair anymore. I know when I went to go pick mine up yesterday I saw a good number of unsigned/unclaimed pairs on the RSVP list.
 
My buddy got stuck in traffic in LA on the way to Nike Santa Monica to pick up a size 8.5. For some reason they ended at 6 pm in comparison to Nike Chicago which was 9pm. So he got there at 6:45 and they wouldn't let him pick it up-so it was unclaimed. Lol but when they re-rsvped today they only had sizes 10.5, 11, 14 15. Basically an employee scooped it up.
