The Walking Dead - Official Thread

Was wondering who survived the end of TWD but know I know from these spin offs. I stopped watching after the 7 or 8 season because I felt like the story wasn’t going anywhere. Too much filler.

Chandler Riggs was cringe at times, but killing off Carl was a mistake. Rick leaving, and then Michonne didn’t help either. I was done after it seemed like Rick died.

The Maggie and Negan spin-off makes no sense. Nor does the Rick and Michonne spin-off. Doubt I’ll check out any of these. Been done with this franchise for years, which is kinda sad. I was once in love.

I just want to finish Ricks story then I’ll check out. Killing Carl was the start of the slow death of the tv show. It’s pretty much all about him in the comic and tv show.

Watched it. Don't like the premise, it seems weak, even though they told us how it's continued from the main show. Herschel is like.....17 now, c'mon man . I hope it stays at 6 episodes.

All of the new spin offs will be 6 episodes per season

I waited and binged all 6...It's not that bad but it's an obvious cash grab.

Everything is forced and nothing new/different was introduced.

Ok, just finish Daryl Dixon... and it wasn't bad. 🤷‍♂️
I know it's very TLOU, but I'll give S2 a chance. Let's see how Carol plays into all of this.

Saw that yesterday, am I alone in NOT being excited about this? Just feels like a case of too little too late....for any of these spinoffs. I enjoyed the Daryl one, but at this point, it's like "meh" for me.

I'm kinda the same way. Maybe if this had the spectacle about it being a movie about Rick's big return and were a movie like we were originally told. Instead, it's already looks like just another spinoff in AMC's TWD cycle.

We finally get answers to what an A or a B are. How long has it been? 7 years....**** you Gimple
