i'm surprised, we havent had someone have a complete mental break. like, realistically, that should happen. Not everyone is prepared to cope with the post apocalypse. Rick sorta had one after his wife. and sasha sorta has one now, but they arent deep enough. they were really just more depressed than anything else. True breaks are when you lose track of reality and become a danger to yourself and others. And they happen extremely often in real life. I'm shocked we havent seen someone go crazy. No one has tried to kill themselves, not directly, indirectly by being stupid (sasha and tyrese running into hoards). No anxiety attacks. No funny guys, like literally nobody has a sense of humor? in the worst possible conditions the sense of humor helps, and it doesnt go away, you cannot control how your mind relates to situations. Like there isn't really just one person in the group that every single person likes, that just lightens the mood when they come on the scene. Nobody has even died that has done that. The writers just never created that kind of character. But he exists in real life. In almost every single group, you'll find the person that keeps everyone together, that everyone can relate to, and likes. Like even in downtime theres no jokes being cracked. Even satirical ones. Rick only really has a level relationship with carol and daryl, everyone else, he interacts with them like he's in charge. I'm a legit gladiator and I have a sense of humor bruh. Hell, 5 seasons passed before we even saw a gay dude...in Atlanta of all places.

are you sure you have been watching this show? rick has become a danger to himself becuz of a mental breakdown twice in this show. including this past sunday when he pointed a gun at Deanna which resulted in him getting knocked out. Rick has checked out of reality multiple times man. He was picking up a disconnected phone in the jail hearing shane talking ish to him....

beth tried to kill herself in season 2. u urself gave 2 examples of people indirectly trying to kill themselves. Abraham just had an anxiety attack 2 or 3 episodes ago. Merle had a sense of humor but not the sense ur looking for nor was he in the group. and i dont think u can compare the funny guy in a group at starbucks to  the world the just ended and you're killing what used to be people EVERY DAY trying to survive but theres a guy still cracking one-liners? It sounds like u expect Glenn to say "i guess, that walker was the bomb" when Deanna's son died in the warehouse. I don't get what you're looking for. Jokes in a post-apocalyptic world while on the run for your life? . 

And rick IS in charge! when he did the democracy nd let everyones opinion matter, everything went wrong. now hes back as the leader... like he should be. and how can u even say hes only level with daryl and carol. he exiled carol. then asked her to come back. mishone (sp?) overrules A LOT of ricks decisions especially now. Rick confides in Glenn and values his opinion, evident by rick NOT doing a hostile takerover when Glenn said "we ARE them now Rick. we dont need to do that"

18 months bruh. that's the entire time line. they were at the prison probably 1.5 months. 2 at the most. he grabbed the phone maybe 3 times and it was in the course of 48 hrs. Not a break. He had just lost his wife, its too be expected you spazz a bit with the chemical imbalance. Dude was fine once he came to grips with her being gone, again, like 24 hrs later. Him pointing the gun at diana was out of anger and protection when it seemed like they were running up.

clearly he didnt value glenns opinion by going to attack pete and then letting loose on the rest of the community with his thoughts.

You clearly have no clue how a sense of humor works. You don't just turn it off. if you think of funny ****, you think of funny ****. its embedded in your personality. (to be fair though, I read your posts, you don't know how a sense of humor works lol). But it's a part of you. It's a gift to find the light in the darkest of situations. I'm not saying do stand-up you extremist, but through the course of normal dialogue, real conversation, usually consists of some form of humor. Even dry, cheesy stuff. IT looked like people were laughing at that party diana invited the group to that first night, I'm assuming there were jokes. Doubt there were ''kiled some roamers today. you did? how many? 4. hahahahahaha'

but rick didnt go there to ATTACK pete. he even said so when pete got aggressive saying "im trying NOT to kill you" rick tries to listen to the group and tries it their way first. when their way doesn't work....we get ricks way.

not that u play ps4, but u can ask anyone im always cracking jokes and always laughing. i have a great sense of humor and  im usually the funny guy in the group im in IRL. in fact last year, i got volunteered on the spot to do an improv standup (just like u mentioned) on a cruise ship in the george lopez theater and i killed it. funniest guy that night according to the other people on the cruise coming up to me while im trying to enjoy my vacation but its all good. but me, putting myself in that situation mentally...people dying left and right. me shooting and running, head on a swivel 24/7, went from the jail and the governor, to almost getting eaten a month ago in terminus, to pleasantville? I wouldn't be cracking jokes. Like i said, ur looking for corny 1-liners in a s.h.t.f. scenario. Not even realistic. And they were laughing at the party because NONE of them were dealing with the stuff outside the walls. thats Rick's whole point remember? They have no idea what its like out there. Theyre inside arguing about clothes and which flavor of tea, talking about video games... i am sure they're gonna laugh and have a good time at a party moreso than ricks group. See sasha's outburst at the party.

You remeber the scientist and the black chick at CDC that ended their life?....it doesn't matter that the shows timeline is supposedly only 18 months, what we witnessed from Rick was a full blown mental meltdown...Merles short lived Redemption?...he basically pulled a kamikaze move while drunk, Tyrese had a few moments where he was losing it, Abe when he found out Eugenes lies, my man was on his knees on the road staring into space for about two episodes hell even the Governor you can say went through a transition from perhaps being a good man pre Apocolypse to absolute homicidal nut job feeding his zombie daughter and collectin zombie heads as trophies....plenty of people have shown the mental stress of this new world.....last but not least out boy Morgan, last we saw dude...he was in pretty bad shape mentally, filled with the guilt of letting His zombie wife kill his son.

The sooner you realize this show is a drama before anything, not no action series or even a zombie show, you can appreciate how awesome the show is...yeah it has its hiccups and yeah if they pull that move with Morgan it would be a terrible plan, but it doesn't take away 5 full seasons of a pretty solid drama with characters evolving right in front of us....

Can't wait for the finale

I just don't see how killing off Morgan off camera even makes sense....nobody in the show is even remotely vested in Morgan to even care for him, besides Rick no one else has a connection with him, the right thing to do is open up space in the roster and bring him in and further develop him....maybe give him a Michonne a shot at a romance....she's in desperate need of it...she's slowly morphing into a man, b.
