Abraham was probably discussing with Rosita when to bring Rick in on their plans to chaperone Eugene to DC.

The first time those two was when they locked in that train car so Rick doesn't know what the deal is with them yet.

edit: thats true tho, you might think when they went into the room with the hooks that rick might have just pulled him aside and asked him what that was about
