Smash is a game where you have to be in control of everything. On the 3DS it feels to chaotic. The thumb stick isn't large enough. It makes trying to dash and do smash attacks a little awkward. And I always harp on people who use the c-stick for quick smash attacks but it just doesn't feel the same if it's not atleast available to you. The 3DS version feels like the first smash bros in terms of the loose controls

I feel hitting the stick horizontally works better for smash attacks and such
Controls do feel a lil wierd
But I mean a few matches here and there its clutch like I been playing the demo
In between tasks or waiting for fast food or washing and its fun

I feel you on that, I complain myself about the controls. I tell the dude to do one thing and he seems to not want to dash or smash attack. But I know my boys going to be get the 3ds version also. Plus I do a good amount of travel and when I'm on transit.

I went to both supper duper burger and pearl deluxe burger. SDB was very basic but pearl was on point. Got the Buffalo burger with mushrooms, grilled onions, and jalapeño(got to have the spicy favor). Chatted with the owner about why he change locations and why he only accepts cash. Dude was mad cool and the garlic fries were pretty good. I will say I enjoyed the massive amount of toppings that was provided. Will be stopping by again.

I'm pas sing on 3ds smash and getting it for wii u. I had Mario kart on ds and it simply doesn't feel the same as the wii u one. I can't justify the purchase when I know I will play it for a week and stop.

I'm definitely getting bayonetta unless the reviews are horrid. Don't think I'm gonna get Hyrum warriors. Maybe in the future. What's up with nintendo games basically staying the same price years later? A big reason I haven't jumped on the ps4 is because I want to wait a few years and get games dirt cheap. I didn't realive yiu can't really do that with nintendo

I think I'm gonna focus on beating ds games I have now and my next purchase will be link between world's eventuality

New Nintendo 3DS coming to Australia and New Zealand on November 21st


Coming from a surprise Australian Nintendo Direct this afternoon, the New Nintendo 3DS will be coming down under on November 21st. The New 3DS will be launching in White while the New 3DS XL will be launching in Metalic Black and Metalic Blue. Prices are as follows:
New 3DS – $219.95 AUD (with 20 additional face plates available)
New 3DS XL – $249.95 AUD
Charger – $14.95 AUD
Charger stand – $14.95 AUD

National tournament series celebrating the launch of Smash Bros. 3DS begins on Oct. 4


Nintendo has announced a special national tournament for the 3DS version of Super Smash Bros. in celebration of the game’s launch. On October 4, 15 GameStop stores around the country – including the Nintendo World store in New York – will host local tournaments featuring three rounds of four-player battles.
Participants will be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis with no pre-registration required. Each local tournament will be comprised of 64 players. Participants can (but are not required to) bring their 3DS system and/or copy of Smash Bros.
Here’s a look at the different tournament locations – note that each will begin at 11 AM local time:

Winners of each local tournament will win a trip to New York to participate in the Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS National Open Tournament at Nintendo World on October 11. This will be broadcast live on Nintendo’s Twitch and YouTube channels starting at 6 PM ET / 3 PM PT. During the Smash Bros. 3DS National Open Tournament, the top 16 players will engage in an all-out, no-holds-barred battle showcasing all the game has to offer. The winner of the final tournament will win a trophy and champion’s robe.
Nintendo will share more details about how fans can attend the event at Nintendo World in the future, though you can find the official rules here.. The store will also be selling Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS before its nationwide launch. A special fan event will be held starting at 8 PM ET on October 2 to be among the first to purchase the game.
