America gets it first? Schwag! I won't cop until the price drops or until the drop a Pokemon or Mario game for it though

Will cop once Zelda comes out. Nothing else matters not even Smash or Mario

Thoroughly Impressed.

Nintendoland actually looks like it has deep mini games. That's cool.

Bayonetta 2. Bayonetta 2.

Nintendo TV looks extremely dope for Sports and it's free.

I shall get the $350 edition.

I really really like the Nintendo TVii feature, the fact that you can have all that on the gamepad and its free :pimp:
Since I saw them streaming Black Ops 2 on the gamepad I hope that you can do it for online multiplayer also, but having killstreaks and different loadouts on the touchscreen is awesome.

Hopefully we get more solid info on the launch titles but so far looks like i'll be getting the system and Black Ops 2, Mario, and Pikmin.

I'm sorry H.I., but this is "Serious Business" ,(as they say on the net), for me.
It amazes me how you have forums on forums full of fans telling you what they want yet you put out this nonsense.

i'll get it when its at a much lower price...This is something that they should have released in 2006. Not in 2012, when microsoft and sony are going "next generation" soon.

i mean a 32gb for $350 in this generation of gaming? they're out of their mind

people are gonna eat this up just like the wii

you want your kid to show up at school saying they didnt get a wiiU?  theyll be outcasts

i dont really **** with nintendo but you gotta hand it to em, talking about "more than 50 launch games" when theyre coming in and riding an already established generations wave

Huh? You're not paying $350 just for extra storage. For all the stuff you're getting $350 is dirt cheap. Not sure if you saw the conference but they gave out all the information.

Nintendo Premium is DOPE. You can actually buy games with the points you accumulate.

This looks like the best 2D Mario game since Super Mario World 2.

I'm no gamer, but if you would have told me that the game in that video ^^ was from the Super Nintendo console, I would have believed you LOL for some reason all Mario games look the same in terms of graphics.

Idk about all this.

The games are dated....the graphics are now ps3 xbox360 graphics....WiiTVii does what exactly? Lets you set up Mii's with favorites? and use an ondemand service if you have it? Well conveniently enough i have comcast and hbo on demand and can watch what i want when i want anyway and i also own an ipad so if i want to be social while i watch tv (which i never do...unless i have my fantasy football leagues up while i watch the skins play). But i am not seeing what this does for you if you have a tablet and some sort of DVR.

$300 for that...or $350....il pass

I'm curious how the controller handles and plays, it'll be like playing a Sega Game Gear as a controller, maybe even bigger.

I think the graphics being on par with PS3/360 is a good update. I mean those graphics are really good and I think PC games are the only ones that trumps that. Sure the next gen XBox/PS will have better graphics but to have a Nintendo that plays 720p/1080p is a great thing. Zelda in HD!

As for the tablet vent, well not everyone has a tablet like you and most kids certainly don't. This will give kids that opportunity and bundled with a game. Also, just because you don't use your tablet so socialize doesn't mean others wouldn't either.

Nintendos main market has been kids and familiies but with the update to HD and hopefully more 3rd party games, they hope to capture some serious gamers too.

I think you are pointing out the reasons this system isn't for you and it's perfectly fine but I personally think the system is an improvement and the price seems reasonable. I was expecting the base model to be $250 as reported a weeks back but $300 & $350 isn't too bad since you are getting a tablet-like system with it and actually plays HD.

Can't wait man.

Super smash bros, mario world, mario kart, Zelda, Star Fox, Metroid, etc :pimp:

I hear you man and i definitely think you are right this plays along with nintendo's family mantra.

Is there any word about if it can actually support more then one Tablet Controller thing?
Also are they going to make wii based games for it? ie; you can still play with the wii mote and have updated graphics games? Because tiger woods on wii is tons of fun....so was wii sports.
Is it backwards compatible even?
