If this happens and they remove that stupid team up aspect then thats a day one cop.

@Hennessy
thats good stuff man, I never got to 120 either. You will def enjoy Zelda, Ocarina of Time is the best video game ever made.
mario party would get so much play if it's online but they didn't say anything about it and it doesn't have the nintendo network sign on the cover art so it's probably not happening.

Majora's Mask NEW 3DS can only be bought through GameStop.com and must be paid in full. Thats what my GS is telling me. Regular edition for me  :smh:

How much of a difference is it? Is it off-putting? I don't really plan on playing on the train and stuff, just to try the catalog.

for 200$ it's not a bad deal at all.

Looks like im selling my link between worlds 3ds for the new majoras one, or MH one
Hurry up and do it then because I know for a fact that the MH one is a GameStop exclusive and the MM can only be ordered at GameStop through their online site and must be paid in full.

I wanted the MM one but not being able to pre-order and make payments was the dealbreaker for me. Now I'll most likely just wait until April and pick it up with Xenoblade Chronicles and Majora's Mask. I never been into the MH series but MHU4 looked kind of cool. I thought Nintendo did a decent job with the direct this morning. Mario Party, MH4, MM, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Splatoon all look great.

Nintendo has announced that it will release select Wii games in downloadable versions for the Wii U starting today. Super Mario Galaxy 2, available later today, will be the first game to get the downloadable treatment, followed by the Wii version of Punch-Out!! on January 22 and Metroid Prime Trilogy on January 29.

All three games will be available for $19.99 in the US, but early adopters can download them for half price during their first week of availability. Wii game downloads will cost ¥2500 (about $25) in Japan and £17.99 or €19.99 in Europe (About $23 to $27).

While all original Wii game discs can already be played on the Wii U by switching the new console to "Wii mode," the new downloadable versions can be played entirely on the Wii U GamePad if the original game supported the Wii Classic Controller. The downloads also won't be subject to the supply constraints of some of the more collectible Wii discs; the limited-edition Metroid Prime Trilogy routinely goes for $60 or higher on auction sites.

Elsewhere in this morning's Nintendo Direct Web presentation, Nintendo confirmed earlier reports that the new Nintendo 3DS will launch exclusively in an XL-sized edition in the US on February 13 for a suggested price of $199.99. See our updated report for more on that hardware update, which has been available in Japan since October.

The presentation also announced a number of new titles for the 3DS, including a new, untitled 3DS Fire Emblem game from the makers of Fire Emblem Awakening, a Mario-themed version of Japan's ultra-popular Puzzle and Dragons series for 3DS, a port of the Wii's Xenoblade Chronicles (which requires the new 3DS), and a free-to-play puzzle game called Pokemon Shuffle.

The only new Wii U game announcement was the downloadable Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars, which is mimicking Sony's "cross-buy" feature by giving customers a free downloadable copy on the 3DS when they buy the Wii U version. The company did confirm a number of release dates for Wii U projects previously announced at E3 2014. Kirby and the Rainbow Curse hits February 20, Mario Party 10 is coming on March 20, and Splatoon will be in stores in May.

Nintendo also confirmed a couple of new lines of Amiibo figures this morning. Robin, Lucina, Pac-Man, Wario, Ness, and Charizard will all work with Super Smash Bros. and launch this Spring. New figures for Mario, Luigi, Peach, Yoshi, Bowser, and Toad will launch on March 20.

Apparently EU is getting DKC:R instead of Punch Out. NoA choices are so dumb to me

Others coming soon (most likely EU lineup)

Metroid Prime for 10 dollars? Gotta do that
I was just about to ask you guys about this game. I've never played any Metroid games. I heard Other M was pretty mediocre. I know this Trilogy resells for a lot but what exactly is Metroid even about? I'll cop for $10 if it's something I'd be interested in.

I hope we get that Pandora's Tower and DKCR. Hopefully they'll continue to release them at $10 for the first week.
