instead of two random toads, why not use the real toad and then the princess or wario or ANYBODY ELSE? why doesn't nintendo show love to the older, already established characters??

this goes for newer mario games in general. all these weak *** generic enemies are being used when they could easily dip into their bag of already popular at one time enemies. the same goes for music in their mario games. all these weak *** new tracks could and should be replaced by some of the older classics.

the last mario game with dope music IMO was yoshi's island on the snes. or mario 64.

i like that they bought the koopa kids back but thats about it. all these new games look like an updated mario 1.

I got sick of playing the Wii with the stupid motion controllers and lack of games I wanted. I'm not going to spend money to buy an upgraded Wii. I applaud Nintendo for staying different from Sony and Microsoft though. The only game I care about from them is Zelda but i'm not going to buy the system just for one game.

Yeah it's obvious you didn't play Nintendo games in a LONG TIME and you didn't watch the trailers.

BTW, The new Super Mario is inspired by Super Mario World and a lot of classic enemies are being brought back. I saw the goombas with the pumpkin heads. Plus check out the slanted mountains. The World Map with secrets is back. Flying Squirrel suit is new. I also saw a level that looked like it was painted by Picasso. Nothing generic about this game.

Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 has the best Mario soundtrack of ALL TIME that could rival ANY GAME. Send chills up your spine. Mario Galaxy Orchestra >

I always feel bad for people when they don't pick up Nintendo consoles because they think it's kiddy; They miss out on so many remarkable games that you just can't get anywhere else..Not even good games, downright classic games..

I think this is the first generation where I skip out on a Sony and Microsoft console and just keep it PC and Nintendo.  I can get nearly every game for PS4 and Xbox on my PC but optimized and running at the highest quality. And with Nintendo I can get those classic franchises and unique titles. Besides I am really SICK OF MILITARY FPS.

For the record FPS is one of my favorite genres back when Valve was doing something new with them and Bungie with Halo. I was even a huge CoD fan before it became a "BRO GAME".  But now, I just can't.

Can't be princess if you're saving the princess

Tbh, I don't plan on using the tablet often, unless it is really really absolutely needed. Gimme the classic controller.

Not until a new Zelda drops will I be picking this up :smh:

Also not willing to spend more than $150... $200 the most on this crap.

didn't know you can import vc and wii ware games from the wii to the wii u...how will that work tho? i s0ftmodded my wii, so i'm curious :nerd:

you need to start lifting weights my dude----

Not even about lifting weights. I mean I do lift weight but I do not hold it suspended in the air for 30 minutes at a time. Seems like this controller will also require some movement to use the screen to look around with. So yeah it has to be light enough and have good grip.

i agree with all of this----played halo 3 alot until COD4 took over my life..stayed on COD4 so hard i didnt want to mess with WAW

never couldnt really get into mw2 cause i had a full time job and a GF at the time. tried to get into MW3 but the no stopping power messed up my timing with all that reloading(i run n gun)

but the nintendo wii is amazing---hacked that ***** and got every game for free

the mario galaxy experience is real-------the game is filled with super mario nostalgia---jumping in pipes all that **** classic mario sounds

the sound in general is on another level----and your in space

Trashmatic.

The first next generation console to market and it still has last generation graphics....

You can't even play multiplayer games with the new tablet controller yet and thats supposed to be the biggest new feature.

The Wii TVii looks dope but with the developed TV platform that Xbox already has, I'm sure their next generation TV offering with project glass is gonna be even better.

Pass.

i used to go so hard on COD4---this is the dude that taught me how to play while

those HQ matches had your boy on 10th prestige in no time

was watching this video and only noticed wired controllers so i figured i'd ask (yes rewatching the video i now notice the wireless controller at 0:14)

still a very easy pass.

Game consoles at launch are bad investments so I'll wait til the price drop unless I receive it as a Christmas gift.... Nothing eye popping

There's the memory answer, I think one of the other reasons they don't wanna sell the extra gamepad is because of the drop in fps that it will have.

It's cool, but so was the wii when that dropped at it was fun for about a week. Will pass on this unless the tablet is just that, a tablet! Use that instead of my iPad and stuff.
