Sup fellow Nintendo fans. What's up with the NES classic? Will I ever be able to walk into Target and buy one?

That's what Nintendo claims. Not many people have had time with the Switch to really confirm this or not, but if the controllers do have more battery life then it's still not a big deal because for paying more for Nintendo accessories you should get more.

The Wii U Pro controller has an 80 hour battery life. I've only charged it a handful of times in 4 years so It's safe to say Nintendo has a good track record here. And to your point, you're paying more to get more with Nintendo, this is why I don't understand the hate for the controller price. Why is everyone up in arms about the price if the controllers are clearly superior in terms of batter life and functionality?

$5 more for the pro controller gets you 8 times the battery life than what's currently on the market.

I have to applaud your commitment.

Once again I ain't mad at Nintendo. They just clearly have different ambitions when it comes to their flagships.

And before you say it.

I am talking about GameCube, Wii, Wii U, and what we know about the Switch so far.

You not gonna change anyone's opinions. And Nintendo ain't gonna either until they appeal to them or prove everyone wrong.

So just copp it and rock it :pimp:.

This video right here captures my exact sentiments about modern gaming and the Switch.
There are various solutions to his compliants, but maybe he doesn't want to spend the time to find them.

I don't see how collectively gamers would want bigger/better games without there being some sort of sacrafice.

1. Game installs/updates: Anytime I was away from my wiiu for a while there was a system update or a SSB4 update. You couldn't play the game while it updated, so I'd have to wait 15min or so for the system update and ssb4 update to finish.

Also there's preloading for xb1 and pc.

2. Load times: Cop an ssd. One of the most demanding games this gen is the witcher 3. I can load it up in less than 30 seconds on pc.

3. install size: hdds are affordable, so there's little reason to keep the stock hdd space that comes with a console. Doesn't zelda supposedly take up half the switch's hdd space, so I don't see why he brought up that point.

4. switch controller tech: xb1/ps4 each have their own nifty features, but it's up to devs to actually implement them. Unless most 3rd party devs take advantage of the new controller tech, I don't see it being that exciting of a feature if only 1st party devs are making use of them. i.e. wiiu gamepad

Witcher 3 was awesome. Upgraded video card for it.

I think BoTW takes up half the disk if you buy it in digital format.

Wii U stuff is going on sale down under in Australia and New Zealand. I just bought a brand new Wii U Premium Console Super Mario Maker bundle for $85usd. Good to have a backup console while my son thrashes the hell out of our current console.

Not sure if i would want to mess with that game when I have Sun and Stars is coming out with the Switch later.

Pokemon Sun fixed my crave while Pokemon Go would fun the first week.

Is Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon for the DS any good?

I can get it new for $11

Has Stars been confirmed? That seem like a game they would've announced from the get go. That would definitely boost Switch numbers.
