lol yea i figured that.

i didnt want a Vita.

what are like the online capabilities, wifi only?

if anyone could just give me a quick summary of what you like/dislike about it itd really help me out

The 3D effect is really cool once you get used to it.

Mario Kart 7 and Super Smash Bros are both great and you can play multiplayer online.

Three great Legend Of Zelda games - Ocarina Of Time, Majora's Mask and Link Between Worlds.

Super Mario 3D Land is meant to be great (still haven't played it).

Fire Emblem and Bravely Default for RPG fans.

You can buy old Game Boy games from the e-shop.

how about the size. I haven't held the XL but I feel like it might be uncecessary to be that big.

but if I'm correct there is no US version of the NEW 3ds non XL right?

and if I get the new 3DS I still need to buy the charging cable separately ?

XL is a good size. It's not overly big so it wont make it uncomfortable to play on. Gamestop has a New 3ds not xl one up for pre order. It's an Animal Crossing edition one. You'd have to check where they have it:

I went ahead and just bout the new 3ds in black.

I got Mario tennis which is one of my favorite Nintendo games that's not Zelda.

and I got Pokemon Y because I read that for someone like me who hasn't played since the original ones, I would like it better than ruby or sapphire even though they are newer.

anyone have any input on the pokemon games? should I return it for the newer one or is it good to play

I picked up Ruby when I bought my 3ds near Xmas time.
The last pokemon game I played was the original Ruby on the GBA.

I prefer that over x and y.
There's also rumors of Z coming out so I'm waiting for that.
Omega ruby was cool. Alot of new features but I liked it becuase it was a lot of familiar pokemon and I don't like the new ones

came here to say how hard and frustrating Shovel Knight is.

its almost as difficult as like Ninja Gaiden for the regualr NES.

its a good game dont get me wrong, but they should have toned it down a little bit.

maybe its been too long since ive played an 8bit side scroller.

So I've noticed that there are a couple of bundles for the Wii U being sold right now. Which ones do you guys think is worth it? I'll need Mario Kart for sure, but I was also interested in Super Mario World 3D.

Super Mario Maker doesn't really interest me, other than the Amiibo figure. lol.

So are Amiibos added content for games, along with collecting the figures? Is this similar to the Disney Infinity game?

Are you getting meal tickets and increasing your health? Because the game isn't THAT hard. Nowhere near old mega man games. The old 8 bit games were wild hard in comparison. Plus there are at least 4 checkpoints on each level.

I finally finished DKTF! That is a damn hard modern platformer. Anyone complaining how easy mario is needs to get on this asap. I didn't even play the majority of secret levels let alone collect everything and do the time challenges. It's a very underrated games even with the high scores. Boss fights are great.

Now i need to finish bayonetta before i can play the 2nd. About half way done. Game is pretty damn challenging. Crazy *** boss fights.
