I was also thinking of trading my Wii U in. I don't play it all TBH. I have a lot of games and like 4-5 controllers.

I had the Super Mario 3D World 32 GB bundle...GameStop was offering $120 and Amazon was offering $150. I thought that was low so ended up selling it locally for $180 on Craigs.
I only went back to GameStop to let go my remaining games since they had that 50% promo towards the Switch games/accessories.

How do y'all feel about amiibos? I don't ever see myself buying them. Don't care about/don't want the figures, and I'm hoping they don't ever lock real content behind them

They're just collectors items imo. I grabbed a few for my son and also a few nostalgic ones for myself. I think got Sonic and Mega Man for myself. I'll probably snag up Ryu and Cloud when it drops. I also was thinking about getting the Rider Link for BOTW since my Walmart had it.

I already know I'm going to fold come Friday. If the console is somewhat easy to grab, then I will. If I have to camp for 4+ hours at midnight, I'll wait and see if it pops up online.

Called the GS where I preordered BotW. They're doing a midnight release so I can pick up the game then, and they also said there's a small chance they may get extra Pro controllers, so they told me to call back Wednesday to see and if they do, they'll hold one for me [emoji]129300[/emoji]

FYI.....got an email like a week ago from Gamestop saying my system was set to deliver on Monday, March 6th......but if I wanted it on release date, pay an additional $15 for overnight shipping. I paid the extra $15, and will be getting it on Friday.
When I preordered through GS, I was under the impression I was already getting it on Friday. Thankfully, I replied to the email.

Damn 11 hours that's real. Not mad. I want to get a switch on April 28th when MK 8 comes out. By that time I'll have have plenty of extra dough for the pro controller, battery etc. along with bomberman, 1-2 switch, maybe snipperclips. Gonna play Zelda on NES and see how I feel. Never been a Zelda fan but I'm intrigued.
