Dude just takes his numbers way too seriously. Makes outlandish statements and predictions and then looks like a clown when he's proved wrong. It's like he doesn't even watch NBA basketball, he just plays with the box score numbers.

I am a certified Kobe hater but there is no way this is going to be a blowout...TNT on Thursday Night...just got beat by the Cavs... 2 days of Laker bashing on ESPN and on the internet...Kobe might drop another 81 tonight just to keep them in it if the rest of the team looks like they did against the Cavs.

Hollinger is not just about PER.

For people saying he's had zero impact on how they view the game, do you look at points scored and points allowed on a per possession basis instead of per game? Hollinger was one of the first to bring that into the mainstream.
