Jonathan Bender

Wasn't he in the 99 draft? I was devastated when the Pacers traded Antonio Davis for him

yeah, 5th overall pick.....I dont remember if he was a bust or just hurt alot....I know from 04-06 he only appeared in 9 games

He was last signed by the Knicks in 09
I want to say so badly that he was just hurt a lot (which he was), but he was definitely a bust. Dude was as raw as any HSer could possibly be. The injuries didn't allow for him to develop whatsoever

Mine was Rawle Marshall. He didn't even make the league outright, got a few 10 days and a cup of coffee in Dallas and Cleveland. I thought he was going to be the future of the swingman position

I remember Rawle,

And Corey Brewer was lost in the purge to free up cap space, and the Mavs were banking on Rudy Fernandez, but then they moved him too.

YO! I played pick up with Jonathan Bender on Tuesday here in Houston. I had no idea who he was.

Conversely I wonder if their is a stat for how many straight games Dwight Howard has picked up an offensive foul, I'm sure the streaks are comparable...

I remember HP ranting on Twitter before the season that Denver wouldn't have enough shooting, but this is a bit extreme.

Shaq not knowing Derrick Williams name  "Derrick Andreson... no no, what's his name?"

It wasn't even the terrible shooting that killed the Nuggets tonight, it was their embarassing defense. Sure, all the articles and highlights are going to mention the Nuggets' shooting, but they barely lost tonight despite that. Standing there on defense watching Portland shoot 3s, allowing a gimp Wes Matthews to go for 20 while knocking down 4 shots from deep instead of chasing him off the line, having your back/head to the ball and having it passed right by you for lay-ups in the half court--that's what lost the Nuggets this game.

Record books, though: 0-22 :pimp: At least the Nuggets took something from the Blazers tonight.
