at no point did I EVER say that BJ was better than Kyrie, if I did, quote me. My point was, in the vein of scoring PGs, what makes Kyrie a "superstar" when he hasnt improved his team at all? Even the Wizards have players putting up big scoring numbers on that bad team (Jordan Crawford, who is shooting 42% from the field, and averaging 15 ppg off the bench this season)

and before you try to twist that, I'm not saying that Jordan Crawford is as good as Kyrie, just that bad teams always have a player putting up great numbers

edit - didnt Crawford also have a 50 point game?

nvm

but
A contender could seriously use him off of their bench

you think Vinny Del Negro is just doing his best Popovich impression by not playing CP3? I mean dude plays pretty limited minutes anyways, maybe Vinny figured he would let him sit out a game here or there

cp3 was basically dragging his leg
clips just need to worry about getting into the playoffs healthy

THATS MY POINT! I brought up BJ as a player who had all these expectations thrown at him after having a good rookie year. I'm trying to figure out why people are trying to label a second year player on a bottom feeding team as a superstar. Maybe we all just have different ideas of what a superstar is, but I would assume that winning is a big part of it

and if Kyrie is a superstar, then Paul George HAS to be a superstar, but nobody is ready to admit that.

17 ppg, 8 rebounds, 4 assists, 1.7 steals for the season, and 19.3, 10 and 4 in the month of January....taking the team on his back after their best player went out with an injury, and helping them to the 3rd best record in the conference :smokin

Jennings was always a streaky shooter with questionable passing ability. Never heard anyone say either of those things about Kyrie.

As long as nobody calls BJ or Kyrie a superstar we're good.

They are both pretty good players. (Kyrie is obviously the superior)

superstars/all-stars are the really popular ones that also play real good. George, Kyrie and Jennings are just really good players right now, they're not CP3 all-state commercial popular though.
