If you're team is predicated on hustle and undermanned, a very difficult rebound to get in a crucial point of the game and a second chance basket could have made it one.

I'll never understand why fans can't just admit when their teams get preferential treatment.
Charge on battier? Clear path for lebron that wasn't even reviewed. That is all

That wouldn't have been a block if the heat were down

Or if it were close
What are you talking about that charge put the bulls down 6. A two possession game and what do the bulls let the heat go down the next possession and do? Give Norris coke a wide open 3.

I hate both teams, but lebron man, wtf are you doing :smh: . I really hope he gets fined for that BS.

Also it seems as if the Bulls just wanna get as physical as possible. Seems like Plan A is to get physical and Plan B is to win. Completely losing focus sometimes.

My bad they didn't give up a cole 3. They let lebron drive to the rim foul him and still put it in.

I wonder when someone is going to remind bron about how dominant he was last year in the playoffs because he was on the block

The inequality of the officiating in last night's Heat/Bulls game was disheartening. Just reminds me how disappointed I can be with the NBA. What's new though, right?

Crucial offensive rebound, coulda swung momentum to the bulls with a second chance basket, woulda engaged crowd and players, etc

Happened literally right in front of the ref who at that moment makes a call knowing he's handing the heat the game.

Instead the effect is the exact opposite of everything I listed.

You have the best player in the league and 2 other all-stars who were considered franchise players. Do they really need the favoritism from the refs on top of it?

If any team eliminates the heat I give them major props for beating a great team and the refs too
Battier fouled out on a block that was obviously a charge. Lebron had a clear path that wasn't even reviewed. You were already down when that Noah rebound occurred. The heat only took 5 more free throws then the bulls and that's with Lebron and wade who are both people who drive to the rim and the bulls only have Nate who does that.stop gasping for reasons to take away a victory blaming the refs is pathetic.

It's become common practice with NBA fans now. If the team you're rooting for loses you automatically start analyzing every call that didn't go your teams way and state that there is some kind of hidden agenda against your team. Once you have the mindset that the refs are out to get your team then everything starts to look like a bad call.

Like you mentioned, there were bad calls that went against the Heat as well, usually at times when the Heat looked like they were going to make a run. There was the clear path foul that Nate committed on Lebron that was called as a regular foul, Jimmy Butler clearly traveling which led to a 3pt play by Gibson, the blocking foul on Battier and so on & so forth.

It's also commonplace to shrug off those that actually do have legitimate concerns and valid points about the officiating as just "jimmie rustled fans."

Take into account that right now, I have no horse in the race and just want to watch great basketball. I've never had any vendetta against Lebron or favored teams. I don't habitually root for underdogs just to see the top team go down.

That's basically what it is. When the Lakers win it's "The league loves the Lakers" now the Heat are getting the same treatment. "Stern wants Lebron to win"

At some point ya'll dudes have to get tired of b*******.

Legit concerns? There were bad calls against both teams.

My dude was crying about the Noah over the back. Seconds later Battier fouled out on a clear charge by Gibson.

Earlier in the game Bosh did the salsa & hit a teammate for a wide open 3. Minutes later, Butler one-upped Bosh with another egregious travel & hit Gibson for a 3 point play.

Refs missed calls for both squads

But I'm done with the ref talk. Bottom line, MIA murdered CHI in the paint in game 2. 56 points in the paint.

Thibs countered by locking down the paint in G3 & forcing MIA to beat him with threes & long 2s and MIA was able to do that. Let's see if it continues in game 4.

The calls were heavily skewed in favor of the Heat in the only stretch of the game that matters.

Evidenced by the Heat twice eclipsing their largest lead of the entire game at 5 and 7 points with 5 minutes and 3 minutes to go, respectively. During that stretch the refs called a bogus foul on Noah, missed a clear fould on Belinelli's 3-pt make, a no travel call when Battier walked the baseline, and so on. Game over...Just ick.

Mario Chalmers can't wait to leave Miami. That boy is still getting yelled at like he's a rookie lol. I remember the dude saying last year in the playoffs he had to have a man conversation with the big three to stop disrespecting him.

People can be done with discussing the poor officiating all they want. My whole point is that the NBA continually leaves too much to be desired and they can be doing so much better.

Agreed.

But I'm not sure how we're all surprised like this hasnt been happening for a while now.

I think with Inside The NBA and others calling out the officiating, its made even the casual fan aware of it which results in just about everyone being argumental about it. I'm glad the issue is being known, but its getting out of hand.
