Yeah I don't even think its Brooks' fault. The GM or whoever must be in control of that. Because honestly I don't think he'd play Perkins at all if but was up to him.

Literally said he doesn't believe in stats much and just uses eye test to make most of his decisions, like starting Perkins every game for 3 yrs without fail. He obviously needs glasses

Man KD was already in shooting motion once he got the ball for that corner 3. **** was in his hands for 0.7 seconds.

Looking like the early season Knicks right now, everything is falling.

Memphis still playing tough D as well to no avail

Everyone needs to be on Boozer's case for stealing all that money from the Bulls. Boozer(15 million) and Stoudemire(20 million) the 2 most overrated and overpaid power forwards in the league. Why is Carlos Boozer getting paid more than Joakim Noah(11.3 million).

Because it has never been a fluctuating salary, you're worth what someone is willing to pay you. Plus you're eligible for more money depending on years in the league. Noah got an extension off a rookie deal... Boozer signed as a free agent, which means different max amounts.

Boozer was a 20 and 11 guy the few years before he signed in Chicago... and they needed to sign a free agent.

Amare was overpaid at the time, but the Knicks needed to make a splash.

Unless you're paid and then just stop trying, you're not stealing money.

Sounds great but if I give you a 5 year deal based on your past performances that means I expect the same performance or greater for the 5 year deal I am giving you.

Hold on let me rephrase it they are not stealing they are overpaid.

How the heck Gasol win DPOY but don't even make 1st team all defense?!?!? Has this ever happend in nba history?

Stated this before, but the DPOY has become a joke. Chandler winning it last year, then Gasol winning it this season. Chandler got it for bringing a "defensive mentality" to NY last year. Gasol got it this year because hes the big man for the best defensive team in the league, and hes not even the best defensive player on his own team (Tony)

Sounds great, except a contract is basically a bet. You're betting and hoping the guy you're giving the contract to stays healthy, can equal his production on a different team and system, and his ability doesn't decrease as he ages.

You can expect and wish the same performance or greater for 5 years... and you'll probably be disappointed. They were 28 and 29 when they got their contracts, a decline was expected.
